Perhaps, we should change all trades to "Commisioner approved". That way after a trade is made, the Commisioner can confirm with both parties if they really wanted the trade. If it was a fuckup the Commisioner cancels it. Now, if the Commish is one of the parties, that's tough but he'll have to seperate himself from the situation and perform his commisionerly duties in cancelling the trade.

 

On the other hand I really don't see why people keep screwing up like this. What is so damn hard about stopping for a second, confirming you've found the REJECT TRADE button and then clicking it. I've never had a problem with it before. (just for this karma will get me and I'll accidently accept some trade like Tejada for B. Williams)...

We can only have it as "League Votes" can't switch it to Commish only.

 

On that note, two of the times were when we had it as League Votes so its not mattering either way.

Screw the fuck up idea, one owner's gonna get pissed off no matter which option I choose. If a trade is made, just shoot an IM/PM saying agreed or confirmed so I won't have to question every single trade that passes. The goal is to improve the league overall, not to piss off owners this way or that way. If an owner sees a trade of his overturned, simply resume haggling with the other owner.

 

As for myself: If I fuck up on a trade, I'll be man enough to accept the consequences. That's a personal thing though.

 

Note: It does piss me off to see so many people saying that X trade should be canceled cause they fucked up. It's wearing very, very thin on me.

4/5 of my starting pitching performs well, which would usually put me in good position to win a few categories. Unfortunately that 5th pitcher is Pedro Astacio, who puts up a fucking 94.50 ERA and 10.50 WHIP and delivers a shotgun blast to the head of any chance i had in this matchup. Both numbers would have to be close to the highest non-infinite numbers i've seen.

 

I'm barely holding onto a 2-8 scoreline and look to be entrenching myself in last place, after coming close to winning this league last year i feel like the New York Yankees here.

He offered the trade in Yahoo, then I accepted. All there was to it.

Raza, even if Will went about to change it there's two reasons he can't:

 

1) He sent the trade to me, so I don't think it'd be ok for him to go back if he sends it, ya know?

 

2) HarleyQuinn whom I talked to about this trade has stated that he'd tell anyone who wanted it overturned "tough shit". So, deal with it.

 

Although, I know I made off like a thief who stole the crown jewels when even Al's considering protesting the trade! Heheheheheheh...

Well, thanks to your mistake, you made my "bad" trade for Brayan and a 3rd look like gold now, so I'm quite happy about that. Seven good trades since that Bonds one, I'm on a role!

 

As I said to you though Will, I do think Towers will still be a worthy pick up for you from me. However, I got him off of FA to replace Santos for this coming week.
