Tom has Caryn wrapped around his finger, so could convince her to vote off Katie, leaving the two strong males and the weak female as the final 3. Of course, I doubt that'll happen. Not many people would choose her to get the money over either Tom or Ian, so she would be the safe choice. I'd vote out Jenn next, since Caryn won't want to turn against Tom (so she'd be safer to keep around). Then vote out Caryn and have it be the three that I mentioned as the final 3: Tom, Ian & Katie. That was one of the better Survivors that I have seen, and this final 4 is dangerous. I don't know why Tom isn't working Jenn, because she's the key to the whole thing - not Katie. Tom should promise Jenn to bring her to the final 4, telling her that there is no way to break up Ian and Katie. Jenn has seen Katie bullshit TWICE now, both with Greg and Caryn... hell, 3 times with Steph. A final 3 with Ian and Katie would be death for her. If she paired with Tom, she'd almost be guaranteed a spot in the final 2, plus she'd have a chance to win considering she already has Gregs vote and probably Caryns. I think that Tom's fucked next week, Ian's so whipped over having big Katie as his BFF that he'd rather screw over his one true ally to make sure she's happy. And I think if it's either Tom or Ian in the final 2 with Jenn, she'd win: Gregg, Steph, Janu, and Coby would probably vote for her against either guy, so it would just take one other vote to get the money. Tom vs anyone but Ian - Tom wins Katie vs Jenn - coin flip. Jenn actually impressed me last night, despite her initial obliviousness to all other alliances aside from her and Gregg. And somehow Katie has done a great job in her role in a Colby-Tina like alliance with Ian. Hey, has anyone noticed that Survivor has only had one all-guy final two? NYU 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2005 In my opinion, after Ian backed out of the Final Three Immunity to hand it off to Katie, I didn't think he was any more moral or had any more integrity. I just thought he was an idiot. He gave up his chance for a million dollars after standing on a pole for twelve hours on a silly whim of trying to improve his moral status, after telling Tom only a short while before that this was only a game. Then, in the end, Ian didn't give Katie his vote. What the hell was the point? Admittedly, I wasn't a fan of Tom. But it was hard not to feel bad for Katie in that final Tribal Council. Gregg, specifically, became an asshole for tearing her apart and calling her "pathetic" to her face. Those guys were two of the strongest players, they fished together, they played together, and then at the end with the two in the final challenge and neither backing down was fucking balls out... then Ian had to give up like a bitch... Usually the overly dominant players get knocked out but he found a way to stay alive. Gregg's speech to Katie was awesome, and this season was pretty damn good overall. Which was funny b/c my seat in the theater was next to Tina and I asked her if she thanked Colby for taking her and she said "I bought him a motorcycle!" Shit that must've been a nice motorcycle. But yes Tom not winning would've been a travesty. I was hoping Tom or Ian would win and I wanted a Tom vs. Ian showdown but I didn't get it. Damn. I love how Coby got voted off for being so blatant about plotting against people, but yet continuously says it's because he was such a threat. Who does he think he was a threat to? Katie's a bitch for boo-hoo-hoo-ing all over Ian and basically guilt tripping him into quitting, even though she - more than once - had tried to plot against him. Plus, how is it that Ian looked like a Holocaust survivor yet Katie managed to get fatter as the 39 days went on? Tom might be the most worthy winner in the show's history ... he was the leader of the dominant team and then dominated the individual immunity challenges. No one other than him deserved to win. Steph joins Amber in the "smoking hot while on the island but much less hot when she's made-up in real life" category. And, please, don't post those Stuff Magazine pictures of Amber as 'proof' that she's really hot; with the airbrushing those magazines use, I'd be a hot girl. And I have my head shaved and a beard.
