They both left for rather obvious reasons, my father through getting on to the Peruvian embassy and getting himself a flight to LA, and my mom did it the old-fashioned way, rafting across the Florida Strait where the makeshift boat didn't quite make it but were close enough to American shores to be picked up by the Coast Guard. I usually keep clean shaven but I change my facial hair style quite often as my hair grows pretty damn quickly. It's in hispanic blood, apparently, to grow facial hair quickly, as Inc has discovered. But this also holds true for a good deal of Cubans too, as we tend to be of whiter skin since the Spainairds killed off all the natives there as opposed to reproducing with all of them as in the South and Central American countries.
