Well, I doubt this will slow down INXS, but some problems about the story:

 

Why would the Marines be involved since it was the ARMY who captured Hussein (the Fourth Infantry captured Hussein)?

 

Why are there no names that even "sound" Arabic listed of soldiers who died between 12/10 and 12/12 (check for yourself. 12/10-12/12/03)?

 

And, the two men who passed away on 12/12 were not Marines.

Um, just thought i'd clarify that i'm not "anti-American". I like America, lots of good stuff comes from America, I have many American friends. The problem I have is with the current American government and more specifially it's foreign policy. I feel the same way about my own UK government, it doesn't mean i'm anti-myself or something.

 

As for Israel - sorry, but I seperate the government of the country of Israel from the Jewish race. I have no problems with Jewish people, regardless of my views surrounding the Israel/Palestine conflict.

 

I think it was Colin Powell who said that "it is not anti-semitism to criticize the policies of Israel."

If I had the time and inclination, and if it wouldn't make me ill to read his crap, I would do a search and re-print some of the bile he has spewed about Isreal on this board. Honestly. Preceived threat, and financially.

 

Although, a full military invasion isn't always necessary. In a country like Russia, I think the people will go more angry at Putin. Wouldn't suprise me if he's assassinated if he continues down this path.
