March, 17, 2005 WWE SmackDown! Thread

Recommended Posts

So does anyone have a link to Cena's new theme song? Everytime someone gets a new song, I forget it the next day. And the CCC segment; sadly I missed it.

Good Smackdown!, as usual. With Eddie turning heel soon, it looks like Cena will have a very good opponent after JBL (if he defeats him for the title).

Ok, this is something, well..very small. But what in the fuck did they do to Orlando's hair!?! :( (Just watching it now) Orlando gave hope...to all the black wrestlers with an afro that wanted to be in the WWE. >_>

And then they go and give him..a Jerry curl!? Or whatever it's supposed to be..that slicked back look. It was just...ewww.

Anything MOP does gets me hype and ready to punch a baby in the face.

funniest thing i've heard in months.

I hope his theme is actually MOP, i didn't hear it.

Well, I thought the Carlito segment was rather idiotic with terrible acting in it. I might be missing something since I hardly ever get to watch Smackdown!, but from that one segment alone I have no desire to see any more CC.

Taker has been doing his thing for 14 years and he's still one of the most over guys, how many guys have stayed on his level for that long? Its a short list. So its hard to criticize what he does.

Kinda like people bitching about Cena, its a legit opinion to have, hating on them, but at the same at least recognize that he's over and there is no good reason to change his gimmick.

I would consider it one of the best Smackdowm matches of the year (on a short list of them). It had a pretty good pace to it (rarely did the match slow down, except for the one rear waistlock spot), the crowd was into it, and it was booked very well.

Defiantely worth a download... It had a good pace, started a bit slower, then speed up. Some good work, and even from seeing Jannetty hit some signature spots on RAW... you wouldnt of thought he would of looked this great..

Actually come to think of it... give Smackdown as a whole a download this week. Besides the Luther/Booker/Heidenreich stuff.. it was probably the best Smackdown of the year, to date.

Just got a chance to watch Smackdown, really good show this week, by far the best SD in a while. Good matches and good segments for the most part. Really liked CCC selling hot dogs, the Cena/JBL stuff, the Chavo/Eddie segment, the opening match, and seeing London get a win. Great show.

i Just downloased the show for the Marty/Angle match and was impressed, Angle busts out some nice ground stuff including a gutwrench, chickenwing...Martys offense wasnt weak looking or anything. He looked solid on Raw but i thought he was really good on smackdown

Anyone think that Martys gonna get involved at Mania, maybe a turn. HBK doesnt really have much else to do on the Raw brand
