Ripper Posted April 1, 2005 Report Posted April 1, 2005 How anyone could believe that the addition of Vince Carter to the Nets was a BAD thing is beyond me.
bob_barron Posted April 1, 2005 Report Posted April 1, 2005 If you lived in Toronto for three years and had to follow the Raptors on a daily basis like I did- you would understand
Guest Mosaicv2 Posted April 1, 2005 Report Posted April 1, 2005 I'm enjoying the Bulls surprising run... but I fucking hate Michael Wilbon with a passion for constanly talking about it day in and day out. UGH!
Brett Favre Posted April 2, 2005 Report Posted April 2, 2005 Marbury just made the shot of the week. Steal, 2 seconds left, and shoots (no chuck) like a 30 foot 3 pointer at the buzzer.
Guest Flyboy Posted April 2, 2005 Report Posted April 2, 2005 HA!!! Kobe the defender....HA!! Every guard that he lined up against in that playoffs ate his ass alive. He would come right back at them, but still...ate his ass alive on defense. Um... Tayshaun Price didn't let Kobe "come right back at him".
lomasmoney Posted April 2, 2005 Report Posted April 2, 2005 he shut , in the words of my uncles , "Ho-ish ass Kobe Bryant" down in the Finals last year
Guest Vitamin X Posted April 2, 2005 Report Posted April 2, 2005 Funny, considering Rip Hamilton was the guy Kobe was guarding, not Tayshaun Prince.. And there wasn't a time there wasn't at least two defenders on Bryant last year in the Finals.
The Electrifyer Posted April 2, 2005 Report Posted April 2, 2005 The Bulls are taking on Charlotte again tonight. How many times have these teams faced each other this season? They already played each other twice this past month. I worry about this because Charlotte actually gives the Bulls some trouble.

And, the times Kobe was double teamed in that series he tried to force shots instead of y'know.. passing to Shaq.
Guest Vitamin X Posted April 2, 2005 Report Posted April 2, 2005 It didn't matter how many points Shaq or Kobe scored, the Pistons killed the Lakers with their depth, that was the point. Shaq could've put up 70 and it wouldn't have mattered, since Detroit was letting him get his points. Thus restating a point that's been made over and over and over again for almost a year now. And Prince was never guarding Kobe by himself, so it doesn't count.
The Electrifyer Posted April 3, 2005 Report Posted April 3, 2005 It's 32-10 and the Celtics are getting booed on there home court and the first quarter isn't even over!
