Aaliyah, Left Eye, Biggie, Tupac, Ritter, Johnnie Cochran, Raul Julia, Phil Hartman, Chris Farley, and oddly...Dave Thomas..founder of Wendy's.

All hurt a lil bit. or a lil more.

My 5 favorite wwF Superstars growing up were:

Dynamite Kid

Davey Boy Smith

Mr Perfect

Miss Elizabeth

Randy Savage

Since I didn't personally know the 1st 4, I was more surprised by what happened to them then anything else. I know DK is still with us, but I think he's in a wheelchair and not what he once was.

I would be upset if anything happened (God forbid) to Macho, because he was my hero when I was a kid & I was also able to meet him personally & hang out with him for an hour.

Country singer Eddie Rabbitt is the reason I am a musician today and his death to lung cancer was depressing. It's too bad that he will be remembered by "I Love A Rainy Night" because that was not his best tune.

Freddie Mercury's death was not a surprise, but a shame, since he was an incredible vocalist & songwriter.

Kansas City Chiefs LB Derrick Thomas was also surprising, and sad from the point that he had about 37 children.

Arizona Cardinal Pat Tillman's sacrifice was made worse when it came out that he was shot by friendly fire.

This was supposed to be a short quick post, but the more I kept writing, the more people kept popping into my head.

I was so bothered by Owen Hart's death that I basically bombed all my senior finals the next two days. Luckily my overall grades were enough to maintain a good GPA.

Bulldog and Perfect bothered me a great deal.

And outside of wrestling I really was and still am bothered by the passing of Rodney Dangerfield. Even though he lived a long life, I think due to selfish reasons I am still sad. He was always a big comedic hero of mine, and I still love his work. I had always wanted to meet him.

- Owen (hearing JR make the announcement was so surreal; I was almost numb, like, "He did not just say that.")

- Hedberg (like I said, the first death in a while to take my breath away in shock)

- Rick Rude (somehow didn't find out until a month after it happened)

- Chris Farley

- Christopher Reeve

- John Ritter

Plenty others, but can't remember at the moment.
