Oh yeah, the show. Hope no one is mad I took the ME spot, since it was a culmination of a month long plan Calvin and I put together over an AIM chat one night.

 

Yes folks....I was Prince Killings all along. Only two people knew (Calvin and I blabbed it to Adam; Aussie Adam, that is) and I thank Calvin for helping me out and keeping it under wraps.

 

Good promos from Axel and THR to kick off the show, a nicely done tag match (though Caboose calling Zack "Zacky" was a little strange); I loved the "ping pong superkicks" spot at the end.

 

I'm sorry, but I'm starting to tire of PRL being a mixture of every damn WWF main eventer with like 20 finishing moves.

“The Corporate Champion” Tha Puerto Rican is setting up for The Corporate Nightmare. These are the moves that he does every match, these are the moves he uses before the Corporate Nightmare.

 

PRL heads to a turnbuckle, and points to Panther. He begins stomping his right boot a’la Shawn Michaels. 1,2,3. 1,2,3. 1,2,3. The crowd is getting hot, fearful for what Panther will have to face should he get up. Panther is still knocked out. PRL yells for Panther to get up. Panther is now slowly getting up. PRL is still stomping his right boot. 1,2,3. 1,2,3. Panther is on one knee.

 

COLE

Tha Puerto Rican is “Tuning Up The Band”. This is the move that is always followed by The Corporate Nightmare.

 

Cole just says the same exact thing two different ways. Just say "PRL is setting up for the kill here." and be done with it.

 

Ooooh, Hoff and Crystal feud. AND 70s Dude's going for gold. Cheeky (since the show was in England and all).

I'll do more detailed feedback later but I'd like to say that the whole Italian Championship and 24/7 Title thing is a joke. Popick strips the 24/7 title cause it hasn't been defended but at the same Popick hasn't defended the Italian Championship in over a year. Really, this is all crap and both titles are worth as much an empty tin can at this point.

 

If ya wanna make it right I say make a tournament with one bracket winning the Italian Championship in the end and the other winning the 24/7 Title, then from there have each champ face one another in a unification match.

Very good promo from the new OAOAST Champion Axel. Unlike Batista, our champ gets promo time after his big title win at Mania.

 

Patty already knows this, but he did a great job with HR promo. The Saints have marched on out (that's bad, I know), the Heavenly Rockers have stepped in! Truth be told, THR was originally going to be the team name of Synth & Logan. Took nearly a year, but it's their name now.

 

The Devilman & the Franchise with a little backstory, all right. There's something you don't see every week on WWE -- a reason two guys are fighting rather than just because they got booked against one another.

 

When I read Hell's Hitmen vs. Zack & SG was signed for HD-- I don't know, maybe it's because we haven't seen this before, but

but I was excited about this match. And it delivered. Liked the catapult/big boot/backbreaker onto knees spot.

 

Really enjoyed Black's promo. Black-Malibu is a match I look forward to seeing at LA.

 

Now that I've skimmed the entire PR-Panther match, I never got the finish at all; now I know it was cut off because I don't remember seeing the "36:57" match time.

 

With all the confusion about the Italian/24-7 Titles, here comes some more -- I thought we discontinued both belts. I wasn't too sure about the 24/7 one, but I thought the Italian Title was retired months ago.

 

I second PK in saying Hoff-Crystal will rock.

 

I kinda get the feeling the Docs attempt to get the Hitmen to sign a contract is going to end up with one of them going to the hospital, and I seriously doub't it will be the Hitmen.

 

OMG! Christmas must be coming earlier, because not only did Dude get a big win at AM but now it looks like he's on his way to a title match. I wouldn't be surprised in the least bit if the Dude is our next X Divison champion. Rodez is the Triple H & Jeff

Jarrett of the X Division, except he's constantly entertaining.

 

I'm pleasantly surprised at how good the Brannigan-Axel match turned out. While I have co-written a match in the past, it was a tag action, not singles. I had never worked with Adam before, nor did I have a good grasp on the Axel character (read his specs and match w/Stone at AM), so all the nerves I had co-writing for the first time came back. But Adam was great to work with, probably helping me more than he really knows. So thanks -- and a big thumbs up -- to Adam.

 

Oh, fuck yes! The NNMX-COD shit was AWESOME!

 

The Original Elite all vowed revenge against the men who beat them at AM...in separate promos noless.

 

PK's return was certainly a nice surprise. I don't remember much of him since I wasn't paying close attention to our shows back then, but it's always good to see guys return. The more, the better.

Cool promo from Axel to start. I liked the new theme and new catchphrase to start off a new era. Also having his first challenger be a new one was a nice touch. How many more times can I use the word new in a paragraph? Lots. That's how many.

 

I really like the Heavenly Rockers name, so it was good to see them keeping that. I'm not sure what Tony has planned for them next, but the team has come a long way since they debuted as Black T's hitmen last year. WWE wishes it had character development this good.

 

Zack/SG-Hitmen was excellent, I can imagine a crowd going crazy for this one. Some cool double team moves from HH (that I shall probably steal when writing their next match) and fast paced action. Hitmen looked great whilst still losing, and the Zack/SG team is a fun one.

 

Brannigan's promo (What was "Brannigan's Law", from Futurama? Or did I imagine an episode with that? Hmm) was great, setting up the importance of the match and putting himself over well as a legitimate contender. I'm glad that Black T are getting to work some singles stuff, just to remind everyone they're still dangerous wrestlers outside the tag division.

 

It was good to see the end of the PRL-Panther match. I liked the drama in this, but, again, a clear case of less would be more. I know OAOAST has never been about technically correct matches, but there was an over kill on big moves here.

 

It'll be interesting to see what PR can do with the 24/7 belt. We don't seem to have a whole lot of characters who would challenge for a lower level title like that, so he'll have to raise its importance somehow.

 

I was anticipating a Hoff-Gunner match, and now we get it. Good! Hoff vs Crystal should be a fun match too. With only a couple more weeks till the next PPV, everything has to be built quickly and strongly, and this segment helped that along.

 

Nice Rodez-Dude encounter. The X title has needed a strong contender for a while now, and Dude should provide it. Dude is growing on me as a character.

 

Axel vs Brannigan was very good. I loved the crowd interaction, and Jesse on commentary -

Look at that, Cole. She wants Tony to go down on her right now. She doesn't care that they're 20,000 + people here, she wants him now.

 

Cool!

 

Working the back was good psychology, and Brannigan got in a good amount of offence to make him look like a viable threat to the title. Plus, any match that ends with Black T destroying the World Champion has to be at least ****3/4.

 

Wow, Ned and Krista? I didn't see that coming. Very interesting angle. Neddy Bear is really breaking out as a character. I feel kinda sorry for Simon, although he did try hard. Aww.

 

Good to see CWM isn't finished. There's a lot of historical stuff to back up a feud with Some Guy.

 

So is Killings done? that'd be kinda weird. I was expecting PK to be in league with Killings or something. Good to see him back anyways.

 

Overall - promo heavy show, but to be expected. Lots of fresh angles and matches springing up, and this really did feel like the start of a new chapter in OAOAST history.

This the first entire HD I've read in a long time and I really enjoyed.

 

I thought Axel's promo was great and liked the match with Tony.

 

Zack and I vs. Hell's Hitmen was quite good. Plus I got the pin so it was even better.

 

CWM's deal was cool and I think we're going to have a good feud.

Killings was just a way for me to "work the fed" and bring PK back in a surprising way. Thing is.....I kind of made him more interesting than I planned to, and it was fun writing those promos and trailers (I even left little, probably too subtle clues that it was me. Read the one from the beach). I'd like Killings to come back down the road.

I found how his initials were PK to be pretty curious but Calvin told me he had just created a new character and thus I felt no need to be suspicious. I just thought it would be a good thing for Brock to do seeing as how they were both "Big Thing"s and asked Calvin if he wanted to take the reigns of Brock.

 

Does this mean nobody is writing for Brock again by the way? I'd rather not see him die after working to build him up a tad as a legitimate opponent.

I actually was thinking about putting him up against PK at the next PPV. Brock's still pissed at Killings for what happened at AM and is even more pissed that PK ran him out before Brock could get his hands on him. Makes sense.

I liked the show alot, I'm not the best at feedback. Your more likely to hear about things I dislike than things I enjoyed. But I liked PK's return alot. Everything else was pretty much cool. I don't dig SKBF's/Popick's stuff much but whateva.

 

I dunno if anyone saw the resembelence but I was trying to pay homage/ripoff a classic Jimmy Snuka interview where he broke down and started throwing chairs around in an empty arena and swore revenge on Don Murroco.

This was a really fun show. I like the promo-heavy ones just as much as the match-heavy ones, so I'm cool.

 

Strong, forceful promo from the new champ, and a bit of a new attitude for Axel as well. I like it, although I HATE the new theme...sorry, mate. Killings got owned. That kid came to see the Future, not some sorry ass actor. You'll note I capitalized "Future" because OMG HOFF = TEH FUTURE. Cute little promo from the Heavenly Rockers. Zack and SG vs. the Hitmen was a tight little match, and I liked the explanation beforehand...it's the little things. Tony was INTENSEZONE~! I liked it. Sweet promo. His partner was a ramblin' man and I liked that too, very dark, living up to the "Ice Heart" moniker. OMG HOFF IS TEH BEST EVAR....seriously, I'm probably looking forward to the Crystal program as much as anyone, and that's a shoot, brotha. The Docs said what they needed to say. The Dude is a great interview, and I think "collection of hits" in reference to his victims is too perfect. And by that I mean the right amount of perfect. But good anyway. TIGHT first defense for the Champ, and it made Tony look good as well. Everyone decries nonfinishes but it worked here, and set up what should be another great match. I hope I'm not too taking it too far with the "Hoff is on roids" jokes. I was STUNNED by the Krista and Ned development. Good stuff, really. CWM's promo was...well, intense. And then the end....well. No more needs to be said.

 

So yeah good show, go buy your Hoff t-shirts online.

Ok, feedbacking and just in time too since the next show will be up in about 5hrs or so (unless Hoff gets drunk and thinks he's the Tooth Fairy again).

 

Once again, I hate Limp Bizkit. I've tried selling the two CDs of their's that I have numerous times but the CD store doesn't want to take them. If you would like to buy them and are also willing to pay the S&H on them then get ahold of me. Oh, ya...there's a new champ. Nice interview. Kept it simple and yet it did its purpose to set up the match for later in the show. I do have to say one thing though, Axel really isn't a "Dark One" anymore. I don't really recall him ever being some Dark and Taker like wrestler, so maybe its time to drop that part. You could go and grab a picture of UnderBiker since you're using Limp Bizkit as your music.

 

Prince Killings gets disrespected. Ha ha to him

 

Synth smells bad and to be honest I haven't showered yet today either. Promo was ok. I hope they have a similiar entrance to what they use to have though. I did like that one so. Oh, I can't buy their new album when it comes out. Seinfeld season 4 along with The Adventures of Pete and Pete season 1 are going to be added to my DVD collection that day. I will steal the album though online, so fear not~

 

I'll keep it short on the Tag Match as I await Malibu to start feedbacking after placing his career aside for the sole purpose of e-fedding. It was a nice match that gets Some Guy back into the mix of things after the PPV. You should photoshop a Red Sox cap onto Shawn Michaels' head for the next PPV.

nice T-Bod promo. I liked how he hit on the fact that no women left him before where-as we all know Crystal left Axel a little ways back. The Dan Black promo following it up was ok too. I wouldn't have minded seeing them enter as Black-T and cut the promo together though. Seeing them in some singles matches will be nice and different. In the end I hope they stay a tag team though.

Hoff gets interupted by Crystal and it seems those two have a little something to settle. Not before Hoff takes on Gunner next week though. Nice promo full of smack talking. I wanted to see Hoff do some clubberin~ though

*vomits everywhere* Very good match though and T-Bod looks like an actual threat. It could have very well been a Main Event for any other show. Black-T is put over nicely and I wouldn't be surprised to see a possible 6-man tag of The Original Elite vs Malibu, Some Guy, and Axel in the near future.

 

Hoff and Crystal with a little spat in the office. Both would make a good challenger for the title. I just hope we don't read about Hoff lying on top of Crystal all spent again. YUCK

 

Krista is Ned's baby momma and this is an interesting angle to say the least. Just because Alix sniffs glue every now and again...well that shouldn't make her a druggie. Its good to know that Simon has found love and also gets a discount at Wal*Mart.

 

Peter Knight makes a big time return and swerves us all as if his name was Vince Russo. Its just good to know that both the Killings character isn't going away too soon and Brock will be continue to be utilised.
