I'm surprised Cincy has been on ESPN twice so far this year. That's double the amount of games they got last year.

Maybe ESPN will finally do away with the 8 teams of doom formula.

Well, the Yankees are kicking some ass. 8-0 against the D-Rays. A-Rod has 4 RBIs in the same inning. I know it's the D-Rays, but this is nice.

I think it was Yankees, Red Sox, As, Cubs, Astros, Cards, Giants last year.

I figured I'd just throw some random lists around, even though it's early. Take these with a grain of salt.

Top Ten Starting Rotations, as measured by Starters' ERA

1. Florida

2. Toronto

3. Chicago White Sox

4. Houston

5. Atlanta

6. New York Mets

7. Philadelphia

8. Los Angeles Dodgers

9. Milwaukee

10. Oakland

It is something to see how much breaking up the Big Three has really hurt the Athletics' pitching staff.

Top Ten Bullpens, by Reliever ERA

1. Milwaukee

2. Cleveland

3. Minnesota

4. Florida

5. Houston

6. Oakland

7. Seattle

8. San Diego

9. Los Angeles Angels

10. Chicago Cubs

Jesus christ.

13 runs in an inning.

EDIT: Even though the Yankees rotation has been pretty bad, don't forget the only teams they've played have been Boston and Baltimore.

I've watched both of D-Train's complete games this year and he looks just as good tonight as he did in either of them. He's through only 4 with no runs, but he is on fire.

He gave up two runs and has a 13 run lead. If they were to blow THAT lead, I'm almost positive that George's skin would melt off his head and form a T-1000 robot beside him to kill all of the Yankee players.

Once again Yankee futility continues, as the Yankees tie the record for most outs in an inning, with three.

 Seriously, the Devil Rays aren't that bad of a team, but damn is this a major ass kicking, even more than the Red Sox did to them the past few nights.

In a pretty funny moment, Jaret Wright is pumped up after getting a double play ball to end the 5th inning, and now have a chance at that W, after allowing 5 more runs.

Hey Al,

Encarnacion: Fluke start, or was the injured shoulder excuse not really an excuse?

And Dontrelle just gives up a HR to Vidro to end the scoreless streak.

Fluke start is in he is doing worse than expected, or better?

Did he give up all 4 runs? I flipped over from Raw and just caught Floyd's HR.

He's actually only responsible for Floyd. Wolf started out by giving up three singles, one of which scored a run, before Manuel brought in Worrell.
