I caused a gang war that resulted in the shooting of somebody. I was mowing my yard and ran over this piece of metal. The metal shot across the street and exploded into the passenger door glass of this Mexican neighbor kid's mustang. He later came out and went ballistic over his broken window. The apparently thought some rival homies did it, and went on a drive by later that night. He was arrested and the kid he shot was pretty fucked up. All because I ran over some shit with my lawnmower.

I knew EXACTLY where this story was headed, but the most amusing part was the "symphony of sickness" as he described it. Very good writing done here.

 

But damn, just like him, I'd REALLY want closure on what happened with the girl. That would be a whole other story to tell from her angle.
