Let's see, do you all agree with the following statement or not?

Batista isn't improving as much as we all (well many of us at least) thought he would back in Jan.

I don't. He looks to be doing pretty well to me. And even looks more like a main event superstar now. Right now, he looks like he fits in this match.

Months ago, when he was 'Evolution Batista', it seems it would have been the 'one of these things is not like the other' concept. But Batista actually looks like a main eventer.

And wrestling wise, a guy of his size can only do so much. It really seems to me he's doing the best of his ability at times. He does the power game well, and the crowd is behind him. And even the stupidest things, such as his thumbs down thing have gotten over...so he's doing fine.

You can do it! You can do it Shawn!

JR made that kind of lame.

At least, according to the "guy who wins on the last show before the PPV loses AT the PPV" rule, HHH won't win.

When was the last time HHH used his deathlock?

At least the WWE title is up in the air. Cena scored a pinfall, but the 2 challengers beat him down after the match.

If Jericho wins the WWE title, I will petition to have my name changed back to Y2Jerk.

The way I see it, and Im probably wrong..but HHH wont win, Batista gets shipped off to Smackdown with the Title and then they can have HHH vs Cena at Summerslam and HHH will beat Cena and over on SD they can do Batista/JBL like they teased back before WM.

No offense to the people who don't like him...I don't see Cena losing the belt anytime soon.

Especially with the CD and such out, and them trying to make him the next coming of Hogan.

Maybe that's just me.

You're closer than you think.

It could also go the other way..

HHH retains the title, goes to Smackdown and has a fued with JBL over who the real "Wrestling God" is, while Batista and Cena have a feud that was also teased sort of with the ending of the Royal Rumble. Only problem is that you have two heels and two faces going at it..so that made it less likely than the first option.

Not to mention the fact that the draft could screw things up more..

Until the WWE is sure Cena's album has stopped selling, I also don't see the title changing hands either.

If he stays on RAW, and HHH doesn't win the title and stays on RAW too, theres no way Cena makes it past Summerslam with the title. Theres no way that HHH loses 4 straight PPV Main Event Title matches..(counting if he loses at Vengeance and he loses to Cena at Summerslam which is the obvious title match for RAW).

Well, that was the worst RAW I've seen in quite a while, and I need a bit to recover from watching it, but two things that stood out in my mind as AWFUL are the wedding, which was basically saying "We know that you know what REALLY happend with Matt Hardy, Edge, Lita, and we'll fake doing that, but we'll deliver the storyline that you know is fake". Kane's head poking up was laughably bad. Snitsky's promo was embarrassing. The guy who plays the character of Gene Snitsky must have felt like a fucking TOOL after reading the poem and walking backstage.

The other awful thing was the very unfunny, very uninteresting, somewhat homosexual interaction between Angle and Bischoff. Angle must be REAL horny lately, with the whole Sharmell thing and him coming on so strong to Bischoff.

I haven't been in the thread all night, so I don't know what anyone else thought, but I thought Raw was horrible tonight...

Carlito vs. Shelton. I don't have a problem with Carlito coming to Raw, although I probably would've kept him on SD. I can't be the only one who assumed that it was going to be Haas when Shelton came out. For the actual match, what horrible booking. First of all, whose bright idea was it for Shelton to job the IC Title in a meaningless Raw match after holding it so long? Then there's the "heel cheats by holding onto the rope" finish, which has been overdone to death this year. I wouldn't have a problem with Carlito as champion had there actually been a feud or some kind of build, but to take the title off of Shelton just like that was rediculous. And for what? To just give him a match at the PPV. Even if the plan is for Shelton to win it back, what would be the point of having him lose when he could've just held onto it for his already lengthy reign? Unless they're planning for Shelton to feud for the World Title, this whole thing was rediculous.

The wedding was just as the fans were chanting: boring. I thought Snitsky's poem was funny though. The Edge-Kane feud is one of the most unappealing feuds I can remember in recent years, not only because of the bad story involved with Lita, but what's appealing about a series of Kane-Edge matches?

Cena vs. Hassan. Why? Cena's already insanely over. Did he really need to be the one to finally pin Hassan? Maybe I'm biased, but there was no doubt in my mind that that was being reserved for Shelton at Vengeance, but that feud is officially over now, obviously. And what was that, 3 minutes? He's been undefeated for 6 months for that? That was being built up to give the rub to someone who could actually take advantage.

Didn't have a problem with the main event. I did think it was really stupid of them to waste a Batista-Angle match on Raw when it could be at Summerslam or a another PPV, so at least they wisely changed that.
