i bet when mcdonalds introduced the chicken selects they never imagined it would cause such an uprising from chicken mcnugget lovers. the war between chicken mcnuggets and selects has gotten to epic heights and there will be plenty of bloodshed left in the wake when all the smoke clears. I FOR ONE AM A FULL PROPONENT OF THE 5-PIECE CHICKEN SELECTS MEAL, COMPLETE WITH 2 RANCH DRESSING DIPPING CUPS. YUMMY IN MY TUMMY, EH?

Eat neither and you are the true winner.

you've obviously never felt the succulent juices exploding into your mouth as you bite into a warm crunchy chicken select.

I've never had a chicken select, but they get my vote because McNuggets are fucking DISGUSTING. Any foodstuff that involves a 1 in 5 chance of biting into a greasy chunk of rubber gristle isn't worth paying money for. In fact, I don't even think I'd let them pay me to eat one. I prefer not to gamble on asembly line food, I save my money, spend it on cigarettes, and gamble on the off chance that I may die from cancer. It's better than choking on a chicken tumor.

I like non breaded chicken strips. I hate ones that are breaded cause you get mostly breading and hardly any chicken.

And Chicken Nuggets aren't too bad..but you can get 18 for $2 at the grocery store vs whatever they cost at a fast food place (5 for 99 cents at Wendys..)

Well, it's a close battle.

Selects taste better, BUT

A) They're more expensive

B) If you order them late at night, you have to just sit in the drive through for like 10 minutes and wait for them to cook them.

So, lately, I've been going with the Nuggets

If you are going to reduce yourself to eating these fast food chicken products, take the cheaper and generally safer Wendy's version.

Chick-Fil-A nuggets are better anyways.

Chicken McNuggets give me massive, explosive midnight diarrhea. Chicken Selects only cause minor stomach cramps.

Therefore, I vote for Chicken Selects.

The Selects have their disadvantages (Expensive, not as great as advertised), but they're a hell of a lot better than McNuggets, which I find repulsive.

I voted McNuggets. I don't much like them, it's more in protest over the laughably overpriced chicken selects. You can go to any grocery store deli or diner and get real chicken strips with good-->decent fries over their wimpy strips, and disgusting fries.

Never had selcts so I guess McNuggets. Mcnuggets have usually given me no problems, but wendys, while they are better tasting then mcnuggets, give me gas and cramps often.

I voted selects only for the fact that they sort of resemble real chicken inside the breading. I'm not sure what kind of meat is inside McNuggets, but legally I guess they are calling it chicken.

This thread is infinitely funnier if you substitute

"chicken selects" (and all variations) with "cock"

and

"chicken McNuggets" (and all variations) with "pussy"

I'm on the chicken selects side. Although there are times I mix it up with the McNuggets (an old favorite of mine) I really enjoy the chicken selects with ranch.
