This is the 4-day gross, not the three-day.

Shame Cinderella Man fell out of the top 10. Finally got around to seeing it thanks to the AMC guarantee, and it was tremendous.

There's always DVD sales.

Personally, I'm glad to see that Batman Begins has made $154,146,000 domestic and $268,146,000 worldwide.

Damnit, I really wish "Land of The Dead" was doing better. Oh well, it's not like George made it with a big box-office smash in mind.

Land of the Dead had the 17th biggest second week drop of all time.

Cinderella Man will probably do okay, but it being a big disappointment has probably killed any chance at award season. Crowe's rep as an asshole certainly hasn't helped.

Happy to see EpisodeIII still hanging in there despite all the heavy competition. Seems a sure bet to hit north of $385 million, even without the benefit of an IMAX release, which is a shame since movies like Batman Begins are cleaning up at those theaters, it would've hit $400 million for sure.

Too early to make predictions for Fantastic Four next week?

Any time Martin Lawrence bombs an angels gets its wings.

While I wish George the best and would have liked to have seen Land of the Dead do better, it wasn't a great movie. I'm sure word of mouth hurt that one pretty good.

I hadn't even heard of this movie he was in until Thursday when I saw a review of it in the paper, so it's not like anyone expected it to be anything other than a bomb.
