Because North Korea is such a great, free country. I'm sure they could teach us a thing or two about real democracy, just as soon as their people have to stop collecting grass and eating wild rabbits because their dictator is blowing all their money on making nukes.

 

I don't think TV is prevalent in North Korea at all. Also, in the "DPRK" the only radios you're allowed to own are ones that only tune to government approved broadcast stations.
