Word of mouth is the king.

Even though Grimm didn't receive the highest reviews, that's still a Matt Damon movie.

Wow, word of mouth is helping 40 yr old. Helps that Hollywood actually released an origional movie for once.

As well he should be

while I haven't seen 40YOV, I do think Carrell totally carried Anchorman, since Ferrell certainly did little to make me laugh

The Brothers Grimm do not fear bad reviews....it would of been a better movie if

the french army was left out of the movie, especially, Gilbaldi

. It had a slow start but got better as the movie started making references to the fairy tale characters.

I can't beleive "Dukes of Hazzard" made $75 million in just a few weeks.

Like "Waterworld", its the movie fueled entirely by people curious to see just how bad it is.

It looks like Steve Carell is a major draw at the box office.

He's going to be in so many movies coming up soon that thats going to go away.

Heck, the idea of him staring in a Sequel to Bruce Almighty (Evan Almighty) immediately places "the curse of the Jim Carrey Movie sequel without Jim Carrey starring in it" on that(see Dumb and Dumberer, Son of the Mask) so you know its going to bomb.

And I predict 40YOV will be #1 again next week, because Transporter 2 is going to bomb at the Box Office.

The important thing I want to know is whether the Penguin movie is officially the highest grossing documentary yet.

March of the Penguins has done surprisingly well considering its subject material. Are people really THAT interested in what is basically a National Geographic special? (at least from the looks of it)

The penguins are adorable and lovable. Honestly, ask yourself, who hates a penguin? No one with a soul, I would say.

It's Morgan Freeman. Not necessarily the man himself, but his voice is just a huge draw. I swear, if he did books on tape I'd buy every single one of them.

I'm seeing 40 Year Old Virgin at a noon showing tomorrow
