Comments that don't warrant a thread

Recommended Posts

If I wanted to start a thread where I asked to post Hero machine pics you've made, would I do it in this folder?

There is a Mountain Lion roaming around Omaha. People have been spotting it in various locations over the past month. Personally I'd just like to say, I hope it eats Lushus.

eh we always get random Mountain Lions up here...I had a possum lounging in my trash can yesterday...one time back in August I found a squirrel floating around dead in my daughter's pool...

I was out on my deck one morning, looked over and saw something furry floating around in the pool...took a closer look and it was a big ass squirrel that had fallen inand drowned...I called for my wife to come check it out becuase it was cool, but she refused...I grabbed my snow shovel, fished it out and tossed it out into the neighbor's yard, then emptied the pool...

yesterday, i went to check on something on the side of the house where I set my trash cans, I caught sight of a furry something in the can and peeked over...the possum poked his head up and damn near scared the shit outta me...I kicked the can over and let the little guy head on his way...

Katie Holmes conceived her baby with fiance Tom Cruise without the aid of in-vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment, according to the Hollywood beauty's aunt. Carol Zydorczyk has spoken out to deny reports pregnant Holmes received Ivf treatment. She says, "I can assure you they did it the old fashioned way." Batman Begins star Holmes and Cruise announced her pregnancy last week, just six months after the couple began dating.

The fuck? She can "assure" us? What'd she do, watch?

I'd say political correctness went out the window along with Czech's last good post.

Touch 'em all!

Ok, it is apparently illegal to import a mongoose into the US. BUT, they're widespread in Hawaii. So, if I went from here (St. Louis) to Hawaii, and brought a mongoose back, would that be importing it?

If you can catch it, you can have it.

...and according to the USDA, it's cool to bring a mongoose into the continental U.S.

We do not have any regulations or restrictions on the importation of fish, reptiles, lions, tigers, bears, foxes, monkeys, endangered species, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, chinchillas, squirrels, mongoose, chimpmunks, ferrets, or other rodents provided they have not been inoculated with any pathogens for scientific purposes. If the latter is the case, they require an import permit (VS Form17-129) and can only be released to an approved laboratory.

How are they cool with ENDANGERED SPECIES being dicked around with?
