Guest ryne661 Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 I received a ticket for underage drinking last year. On the ticket it said 3 month license suspension, however I was only 15 at the time. Now I am scheduled to go get my liscense on the 14 and I was wondering if this is going to catch up with me or if the suspension is over already? If someone who already went through this can let me know what happened to them, it'd be great.
The Czech Republic Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 I guess it depends on your state.
2GOLD Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 Your license will be suspended for three months once you get it I do believe. You can't have something suspended you didn't have.
Guest ryne661 Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 I live in Wisconsin, and I got the underage at a party that got busted.
The Czech Republic Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Oh man you're fucked. It's bad enough you have to get your license at a Wisconsin DMV, now you don't even get to use it.
Slayer Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Let this be a lesson to you kids ...don't be underage
Eclipse Posted September 13, 2005 Report Posted September 13, 2005 Ahhh...gotta love how I can get away with underage drinking all the time. I am only 20, only one year below the drinking age, and there are places that sell liquor to me. Har har har...

KanadianKrusty Posted September 13, 2005 Report Posted September 13, 2005 Cops give tickets for that stuff over there???, jesus christ...
MarvinisaLunatic Posted September 14, 2005 Report Posted September 14, 2005 Wisconsin should have thought about the punishment for underage kids that don't have their licenses. Of course passing that sort of stuff into law, they'd have to admit that they've got 12 and 13 year olds running around drunk.
Corey_Lazarus Posted September 17, 2005 Report Posted September 17, 2005 Well, it's Wisconsin. What else are they gonna do?
