The 2004 playoffs were one of the greatest I've seen since I started watching the sport. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I thought 03 was one of the best really. Beside the amazing Yankee/Sox series, and the great Cubs/Marlins series, you had the terrific Marlins/Giants series which ended with a Giant getting throw out at the plate.

Also the Braves still had Glavine and Maddux and Millwood, and Houstin didn't have Petite and Clemens. Edit: They also won 4 of their last 5 games that year. As opposed to this year where we lost 5 of the last 6.
