OAO 10/8 Impact Thread

Recommended Posts

I know there was a preview thread last, but since we're a couple of hours from show time now, here's the OAO thread. Post yer thoughts right here. I've been looking forward to this show all week (I've watched the first show about 10 times this week) and I've managed to avoid the spoilers for a second week. It'll be interesting to see how they get out of delivering a real AMW/3D show down and I'm definitely looking forward to the X division 3 way. I haven't seen Bentley in a while (and I was starting to miss Traci, and by extension, him) and Daniels is great, so I have high hopes there. What are you looking forward to? Are you as excited as you were last week? Why or why not? Discuss...

I haven't read the spoilers, so I don't know what happens.

I hope we get to see Joe, but I think we'll wait a few more weeks.

I don't know how much time the ME will get tough, with AMW and 3D.

Like the Dudleys or not, but seeing them on Impact really makes the show seem that much more important to me. Just imagine how it would be if they could sign a huge current star.

Have they never put together the NAO?

It's been a slowly built up "turn"...dating almost a year now. I'll say sooner or later they'll finally do the turn.

Have they announced what/if Aries will be doing @ BFG? Because he needs to be involved.

Great way to put over the ROH talent.....have them lose on their 1st  tv appearence.

Christopher Daniels WON. Two ROH stars worked that match, only one was going to win.

By the way...It's not a ROH SHOW anyways.

All the other guys are involved in marqee matches, why would they let them win?

Shelley, Aries, and Strong are doing nothing as of yet.

Petey, Sabin, Bentley - Ult X

Daniels, Styles - X Title.

It'd be stupid to put over Shelley, Aries, and Strong on those two shows. Would you rather see them lose.. or not wrestle at all?

I was highly impressed by Aries.

And losses don;t mean as much as you might think... not right now.

Both Strong and Aries 1st appearences on Spike tv were loses what are the new fans suppose to think of them?

They aren't supposed to think anything of them right now, they aren't built as TNA SUPERSTARS like Daniels and Styles.

Samoa Joe and Daniels and AJ Styles are also RING OF HONOR stars. Abyss works ROH as well..

You are making a case for something that doesn't exist...

One question-

When are these FSN (or whatever French channel it is) Impact episodes playing (in Canada)? Because Scott Keith a big stupid man said they showed the reportedly ***** triple threat from the last PPV which I was too cheap to buy.

Answers would be nice.

It was a better match than last week's spotfest gone wrong.

Wierd, most people enjoyed last weeks Three Way.

It was entertaining but it was clear that they were trying too hard to remember to hit all of the spots. The match reminded me of some current AAA style matches. Not bad but not great.

Its about time they did a Samoa Joe preview. I am now happy.
