Johnny Rich was a jobber in WCW, he often teamed with the likes of "Jumpin" Joey Maggs or The Italian Stallion. He worked a PPV under a hood at Halloween Havoc 91 as one of "The Creatures", and I think he was squashed by one of Kevin Nash's old failed gimmicks. I believe he worked early ECW a few times, as a jobber.

 

From what I recall he looked like Doug Gilbert and wore colorful long tights.
