Because if it is, how will they do the show without revealing not only who was picked for the show, but who won? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> How would it reveal anything? There's no titles in effect for Smackdown on Taboo Tuesday, and all they have to do is not talk about it - "it's a RAW pay-per-view, why should we talk about it?"
