cabbageboy Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 If that scenario holds up, I'd think the winner of Dallas/NYG would beat the Seahawks. If both the Bengals and Broncos finish about 12-4 who would get the home field?
MrRant Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 Both of those teams have lost to Seattle. At home. I think Seattle would have the odds in their favor.
mike546 Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 The Giants should have won, and the Cowboys probably should have too. I'd take nothing from those two games that would put the odds with the Seahawks.
MrRant Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 The crowd. Not to mention by that time, Darrell Jackson will be back to put some more speed into the reciever corps. Also, remind yourself that the Seahawk defense is good enough to hold both teams below their scoring average.
mike546 Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 I know they held the Giants to 21 points, but the Seahawks D didn't look very intimidating. The Giants left a lot of points off the scoreboard.
The Czech Republic Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 15-degree wind chill and snow in the forecast for the Bears game. Beat your chest and grunt, THIS IS NFC NORTH FOOTBALL
mike546 Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 30 degrees in NY, with a mix of snow and rain throughout the day.
Slayer Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 I just realized I need to root for the Packers to keep Chicago down in the standings For one day (or two days, given the second game) I have to be a green and gold fan. It feels dirty
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 I REALLY want to see that Giants and Cowboys game. I'm watching my first Texans game right now and the hype is real. I want to watch this game just to see how many times david carr gets sacked. His offensive line truly sucks at pass blocking.

Wow you must live near Baltimore or something cause even my local CBS station gave up on the Texans and is showing the Bengals vs Steelers game right now.
mike546 Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 (edited) Offsides on 3rd and five from the 7, pass interference on 3rd and 11 from the 20, and A LATE HIT ON AN INCOMPLETE PASS ON WITTEN on 3rd and 11. Edited December 4, 2005 by mike546
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 I live in Baltimore. This is my frist exposure to the Texans other than anything I've read. I just watched David Carr rush a swing pass where there was no pressure on him at all just because he's used to having defenders in his face. On the next play there's a jail break with three Ravens chasing him in the backfield. This is fucking unreal. This could be so bad that it's good. This is a stat padding game for a defense.
Hogan Made Wrestling Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Bledsoe looks a bit off today. Thankfully the Giants defense is producing the yards for him.
Vampiro69 Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Boy Lee Evans is a busy guy today. Already has 2 touchdowns.
razazteca Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 The Houston Texans has been cursed with the worst O-line in the NFL since day one when their #1 draft pick being the then best O-line position player to ever come out of college ended up being a gimp.
The Czech Republic Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Wow, good thing the Packers keep picking up penalties, Bears are suckin' it up thus far.

Who? David Carr was their first #1 draft pick.

razazteca Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 It might of been the expansion draft where they took the O-line player.
fazzle Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Make that THREE touchdowns already for Lee Evans. Damn.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 It blows my mind how their O-Line can be so obvioulsy bad and the situation hasn't been fixed yet. Just for fun... http://www.bangcartoon.com/carrgame.htm
mike546 Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Honestly, what the HELL? Roy Williams does that horse collar tackle that is being called for penatlies now RIGHT IN FRONT of TWO refs, basically twisting Tiki to the ground and nothing is called.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 They'll only call that penalty if you injure someone.

The announcers are explaining it right now. If you use the jersey it's not a penalty.
razazteca Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Ben Rothsenburger to Morgan for a TD........Morgan broke 2 tackles on the way to the endzone.......it looked like a scene from Midways Blitz video game the way Morgan spun out of the tackle.

That is the best butchering of his name i've seen yet.
The Czech Republic Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Okay, Kyle Orton isn't very good.
Guest Duke_The_Dog Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Farve has made 2 palys today that made me wonder if he's phoning it in.
Guest Duke_The_Dog Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Okay, Kyle Orton isn't very good. Is Rex Grossman healthy enough to be in there?
