CanadianChris Posted December 6, 2005 Author Report Posted December 6, 2005 Oh my God, you have got to be KIDDING ME. A THIRD defensive TD for Seattle 15 seconds into the second half, 42-0.
Damaramu Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 I think I'm going to cry watching this game. This sucks. And just to pour salt in the wounds...I hate the Seahawks a lot. Probably my most hated NFL team aside from the other teams in the NFC East and The Falcons. And The Eagles have lost to all of em! Damn.
CanadianChris Posted December 6, 2005 Author Report Posted December 6, 2005 Probably my most hated NFL team aside from the other teams in the NFC East and The Falcons. That may be a first for Seattle. I don't think they've ever even made anyone's top 10 most hated.
MrRant Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Odd how you magically hate the Seahawks. Never heard a word about it before....

I don't think they've ever even made anyone's top 10 most hated. Yeah really... I don't even think Raiders fans hated them when they shared the same division, and that's saying something
CanadianChris Posted December 6, 2005 Author Report Posted December 6, 2005 On the plus side, I have Seattle -4, so I think I can rest easy now.
Hawkius Maximus Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 I've watched football for a few years off and on, and I really can't remember seeing anything like this. 42-0, jesus. Fans are pretty deathly quiet too...scary.
Guest Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Is Gary Barnett coaching the Eagles tonight?
Spaceman Spiff Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 This is quite enjoyable for a non-Eagles fan living in the Philly area.
mike546 Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 I've watched football for a few years off and on, and I really can't remember seeing anything like this. 42-0, jesus. Fans are pretty deathly quiet too...scary. 2001 NFC Championship game.
Fökai Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 So, live betting has the Seahawks at -45, and the Eagles at +40.5 , over at 60.5 and the under at +55.5. Should I take any of them (I'm not watching, on the west coast)?
the pinjockey Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 You can tell they are desperate for filler when they've shown the Holmgren tree for about the third time tonight.
therealworldschampion Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Is a top 5 pick still possible if they lose out and go 5-11?
Damaramu Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Odd how you magically hate the Seahawks. Never heard a word about it before.... Magically hate the Seahawks? Shut up. I've mentioned before on here about how I can't stand watching the Seahawks. Don't come up with bullshit so you can start a flamewar. Shit I can't make one comment on these boards without one of you assholes finding something wrong with it and starting some shit.
Guest Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Is a top 5 pick still possible if they lose out and go 5-11? Very, very unlikely.
the pinjockey Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 I find myself rooting for Seattle to put up a 70 spot just because the Eagles deserve to get embarrassed tonight.
Slayer Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 I've watched football for a few years off and on, and I really can't remember seeing anything like this. 42-0, jesus. therealworldschampion Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Is a top 5 pick still possible if they lose out and go 5-11? Very, very unlikely. Damn I was hoping for top 5 and a possible shot at D'Brickshaw Ferguson or A.J. Hawk....
Hogan Made Wrestling Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Fuck the Iggles. I love watching them self-destruct on live TV. I bet TO is enjoying this game.

Damn I was hoping for top 5 and a possible shot at D'Brickshaw Ferguson or A.J. Hawk.... I think the pressing need is at WR for them, but there aren't going to be any great ones coming into the draft. A.J. Hawk would immediately help them.

2GOLD Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Is a top 5 pick still possible if they lose out and go 5-11? Very, very unlikely. Damn I was hoping for top 5 and a possible shot at D'Brickshaw Ferguson or A.J. Hawk.... Hawk might survive past the top five. Ferguson, Matt and Reggie will be gone in the three and possibly Omar Jacobs. Not out of the realm that Hawk could fall down that far.
Guest Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 If the Eagles happen to win a few more games, they should probably look at Ahmad Brooks from Virginia.

I don't think I've ever seen you hate on Seattle in the NFL threads before... I've never actively hated on them. But a few weeks ago when asked about NFL teams I hate I threw in Seattle and said that I didn't like watching them. God damn. Why is it a big deal? I could say the sky was blue on a clear day and you assholes would find a way to argue with me about it.
therealworldschampion Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 (edited) If the Eagles happen to win a few more games, they should probably look at Ahmad Brooks from Virginia. Unfortunately I think that will happen because they still get to play the Rams and Cardinals, two bad teams. Edited December 6, 2005 by therealworldschampion
Guest Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 The Eagles would be really happy with Ahmad Brooks. It might be a better thing that they do win and get him as I think he's going to be a future star in the league.
Kinetic Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 This game is the argument for flexible scheduling with these prime time games in the second half of the season. It's too bad that MNF on ABC goes out on such a pathetic series of games, with this one and then Atlanta-New Orleans and New England-New York Jets.
Boon Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 I needed Westbrook for my fantasy team tonight. Fuck Seattle.

I don't think I've ever seen you hate on Seattle in the NFL threads before... You know what? Here you go: Oh yeah and there are a couple of teams in the NFL that I just can't stand. More than in college actually. They are: Seattle, Cincy, Atlanta, Dallas, NY Giants, NY Jets, Washington, St. Louis, Minnesota, Cleveland, and Green Bay(don't hurt me cheeseheads). I just can't stand any of those teams for whatever reason. I posted that in the NFL Week 11 thread. So kiss my ass.
