And on top of that it'd be really really bad for his image if he held out on New Orleans after what they went through and everything he said about rebuilding the city. The Saints shouldn't have to pay him the money and if everyone wants to make it out to the Saints being the bad guys, then they can. But if Bush and his agent think he should have gotten first pick money then maybe he should build a time machine, go back to talking with the Texans and beg them to draft him #1 so he can get it. He's the number two pick, he gets number two money. And it's stupid he would consider holding out for a few extra million when he'll make it up times 10 with endorsements. So, they knew what they were getting into when they drafted him. I think it's stupid that the teams take so long after the draft to try to get their picks signed. He might've not been picked #1, but the fact is he is the biggest star of the draft(To be honest Vince Young and Matt Leinart are just as big though), and he deverses to get the money. People are not buying tickets to see the New Orleans Saints play, they are buying tickets to see Reggie Bush play. He is the main attraction, so he should get paid an reasonable amount for it. Remember when Bo Jackson was origionally drafted by the Bucs as the #1 pick but sat out a year? He then became a 7th round pick.
