Wow....Sting looks great for his age. I can't believe he is 46....

The facepaint hides how his face looks.

And I think he dyed his hair.

He looked surprisingly young on TBN a few nights ago. I would have said 35 but not 46.

I thought the "You Still Got It" chant was pretty classy by the fans.

Christian bringing up his "Brother" Edge (no mention of the name Edge though)

Oh, and Chris Jericho by name.

Didn't get to catch the show. What did Christian say about those two?

Earlier in the show, Jarrett mentioned that Christian couldn't be trusted, citing Edge and Chris Jericho (didn't mention Edge by name)

Later in the show, Christan said to call "his brother" and Chris Jericho to ask if you could trust him...then said nevermind, as that would be bad, and ask the fans insted.

I just got finished watching the PPV, after downloading it. Had I bought this show, I would have been pissed about a few things, but I'm not sure if I would have thought it was a waste of money. Sitting here though, I'd have to say that's pretty much how I'd feel. A few quick thoughts:

-Sean Waltman almost had his career ended, so he's very lucky that didn't happen. That was a very sick bump he took going off of the stage, and it could have ended up really hurting the guy.

-I don't really have much against Larry Zbysko, but oh my God I hate him in his role right now. He looks horrible, he acts like he can't decide what to say half the time, and it's just horrible work all around. The ending where Raven was leaving was just plain bad.

-Jackie Gayda was even worse in that same segment. Talk about nails on a chalkboard. Her acting there was horrible.

-Joe/Daniels was awesome - the finish was very lame. Didn't Styles technically throw in Joe's towel? Wouldn't that, in theory, make Daniels the winner? It's not like Daniels and Styles are best friends forever or something on the show. It just didn't make any sense to me. Why didn't they just have the Ref stop the fight, have Joe refuse to stop beating the hell out of Daniels, then have AJ do a run-in to make the save?

-I liked the 3D/AMW match, but the ending was just about the most horrible ending to any match in the history of all that is pro wrestling. I'm not even going to comment on it any more than that.

-Many people complain about BG James, but he cut an awesome promo in the back, it seemed just about real. I don't remember the guy being that good on the stick.

-But then they have a match with the DitR? I don't see how they could focus on anything knowing that Konan and the others were in the same building as them. Instead they go from a fantastic promo, to just doing their normal deal.

-I enjoyed the main event. I'm a blind WCW mark, and that translates into my love for Sting. He did look great in there, especially for his age. He didn't really do much other than his normal spots (some of those were even missing), but he didn't need to do a lot in this match. Let's save that for some one on one matches. He looked fine though, and the rest of the match was decent as well. I thought for sure that Christian would pick up the pin on JJ, but oh well. I guess it's fitting for Sting to be the very focus in his first "return" match.

-The moment of the night to me was the fans chanting "HE'S STILL GOT IT!" after Sting's first burst of offense. It felt very sincere, and I really felt good for Sting right there. It was one of those few truly special moments in wrestling to me.

-Overall, most of the action in the ring was absolutely fine, but almost every match had a horrible finish.

Who are the masterminds behind the actual finishes anyway? Especially the title matches and main events. I'm so sick and tired of overbooked main event finishes in TNA. I know it's nothing new, but still, it's about my least favorite part of the entire TNA product.

Every time I see Gail Kim managing Jarrett or AMW, I almost always think she's going to help them win with a low blow.

Not sure who came up with the finishes, but Jarrett is making the final call on everything these days.

That tag title match finish reeked, literally, of some insane Dusty Rhodes/Vince Russo lovechild. It was creative, I'll say that much, but it killed the fans. They hated it, and not in a good way. All I could think of when seeing it go down was how Dusty killed Chicago for the NWA at Starrcade '87.

Joe vs. Daniels was really good, and I liked the finish, but it seems like the fans didn't pick up on according to spoilers for the ongoing tapings.

The opener was good, and the main event seemed ok.

A little late to the party, but I was just going over the FR photo gallery:

1. WHO is that scrumptious little tart sitting with Traci? She's great.

2. Check out the Final Resolution wallpaper. Is it just me, or does Joe look REALLY disinterested? Daniels has his normal look going, and Joe's lazily throwing a fist at the camera, with a look that screams "okay, let's get this over with." I'm not implying Joe didn't want to be there, or anything -- just made me laugh.

Without looking at the pics, I'm assuming it's So Cal Val. They had a bunch of pics with those two together in other galleries.

Just caught Joe and Daniels...I agree with Downhome about having AJ throw in the towel, but other than that the match was great. Joe was just brutal at the end. I loved it.

I can't be the only one that sees AJ throwing in the towel leading to a AJ vs. Daniels nontitle feud.

I haven't read spoilers for Impact, so don't mention anything from it.
