It would be great if they re-did the Hassan spot from last year and all the wrestlers joined up and threw HHH out.

No chance of it happening to HHH but I did like that spot, who would be a big enough asshole (without the clout to veto it) that could suffer the same fate this year?

That spot ending with all of the wrestlers slipping and falling over the ropes and HHH ending back up in the ring somehow with a shit-eating grin on his face would be fucking hilarious.

 

Edit: They all go over the top to the floor but HHH lands on the top of the pile and climbs up the stack of wrestlers back into the ring. Either/or would do.

I don't really think this is a big deal...it seems like he was talking in character to me.

 

That said, anyone can get heel heat by mentioning a wrestler's death in a promo. It's starting to become the new "your sports team sucks", with MNM and Edge using it within the last year at least.

what, exactly, is the indicator to you guys that Rey really is milking his dedications to Eddie? I'm not asking from a smart ass perspective or from a "biased for Rey" perspective, I'm seriously wondering, purely out of curiosity for your opinions, what he's doing to make you all think that?

Since Eddie's death has allowed them to boost at least one wrestler's fortunes, and WWE likes to duplicate and triplicate what worked once, I bet they will try this tactic again.

 

I bet that WWE will have Jericho come back soon. They'll tell him he has to overdose on something so that Randy Orton can go around morning the death of his "good friend Jericho." Orton will dedicate all his matches to him. "This one's for you, Chris!" It's all part of he latest effort to make Orton mean something.

 

EDIT: And then Undertaker will bury him again anyway.

Orton should have a gimmick of dedicating everything to himself. He can film heartfelt "Desire" music videos in which how hard he has worked for himself and how he wears the "RO" on his arm in a salute to himself and for what he has meant to Randy Orton.

If Rey is pushing for this, I don't see why they can't make it subtle.

 

Maybe before the match show the wrestlers backstage getting ready and then when they show Rey, just show him crossing himself and pointing to the sky.
