JN News Posted February 16, 2006 Report Posted February 16, 2006 How many people here have/had this game in the past, and played it? I had it once, until I sold my old Nintendo system. This was the original game where Luigi made his video game debut. Anyone remember this?
Nighthawk Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 They had an arcade cabinet of it at my school. That and Asteroids. No quarters either.
BUTT Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 I'm sure everyone knows this game. It ain't so great, but it's still fun.
AndrewTS Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 It's an extra in nearly all the Advance titles. It's a fun little game for a bit, but pointless without multiplayer, IMO.
Matt Young Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 I have it. It's fun to mess around with every once in a while, but is nothing compared to the Super Mario Bros. platform games.
Guest Smues Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 Somethings coming up the plumbing poor Luigi's in a bind. Killer turtles out to get him giant crabs are right behind. Fighter flies, holy cripes! They're all coming out the pipes! MARIOOOOO WHERE ARE YOUUU??
AndrewTS Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 I miss those cheesy video game comic ads. I don't care how popular Hogan was, it seemed that the Road Warriors were in EVERY DAMN WRESTLING GAME AD I'd seen in the 80's/early 90's.

I don't care how popular Hogan was, it seemed that the Road Warriors were in EVERY DAMN WRESTLING GAME AD I'd seen in the 80's/early 90's. They were in the ad for the WCW game for NES. That was the only WCW game they were in, and I can't imagine there would have been any WWF game ads that featured them but not Hogan, especially since I think Super Wrestlemania was the only one they were in during their first WWF stint.
Open the Muggy Gate Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 I've bought a couple of the Mario Bros. remakes for the GBA, and they always come with a version of the original Mario Bros. Still a pretty fun game to play every now and then, but it pales in comparison to the game I usually playing on that catridge instead (Mario World or Mario 3).
DrVenkman PhD Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 Somebody beat me to yelling "MARRRRIO WHERE ARE YOU" so I have nothing to add. http://gameads.gamepressure.com/tv_game_co...cial.asp?ID=248
