randomguy Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Poor Cena: "There is one thing I have that you don't - this belt!" "There is one guy you haven't beaten - John Cena!" What's he going to say when he loses at WM?
BorneAgain Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Well we know who the heels will be at SNME.
The Amazing Rando Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 That's different....HHH is going to bury the entire WWE main event scene in one night.
razazteca Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 this segment went on too damn long
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Cena/HHH vs Rey/Orton/Champion WTF? no wait..he never said Angle..hmm..
ChrisMWaters Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 OK...that's...I did NOT expect that...
Hawk 34 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Did McMahon forget Kurt Angle's name?
Steviekick Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Well, at least the SNME announcement ended it.
Gary Floyd Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Here's Vince to hype "Saturday Night's Main Event", and to try (and fail) to make this interesting. That was great, simply for the train wreck factor.
Guest InuYasha Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 This is why I'm looking forward to WM this year - the entire trainwreck factor. It's going to be classic. Better or worse than the Brock/Goldberg/Austin clusterfuck. And by better, I mean more entertaining for us.
Hawk 34 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 That was just one incredibly awkward and confusing segment. I mean, Cena completely got on his knees for Triple H right there. Is D.C, the US version of Toronto?
NYU Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 That's an ugly match for Saturday Night's Main Event.
ChrisMWaters Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Did McMahon forget Kurt Angle's name? Kurt/Taker title match this week that hasn't been televised. That's why he didn't say Kurt's name...because storyline wise, Kurt may not BE champion by SNME.
Hawk 34 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 So they blew off doing Edge/Cena III and UT/Angle III...for a worthless handicap match?
The Amazing Rando Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 That was just one incredibly awkward and confusing segment. I mean, Cena completely got on his knees for Triple H right there. Is D.C, the US version of Toronto? After tonight it just might be.
razazteca Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Poor Cena: "There is one thing I have that you don't - this belt!" "There is one guy you haven't beaten - John Cena!" What's he going to say when he loses at WM? "I have a music career and you don't?" 2 months later HHH goes on the Ozzfest tour with Motorhead.
daileyxplanet Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Masters should endorse the Bowflex on WWE and then we can have Simon Dean vs. Chris Masters cross-promotional match at WM and subsequent matches, all in the glorious name of capitalism!
Guest InuYasha Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 So they blew off doing Edge/Cena III and UT/Angle II...for a worthless handicap match? ...and you're surprised by this?
EricMM Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 I wonder exactly how many more shows will run in the MCI Center... Does this mean the DC crowd is more smarkish? I'm so proud. Fuck it. If I was in that audiance, I'd be cheering HHH too, like I cheered Jericho at SSlam, along with thousands and thousands of other people. And it's only gotten stronger since.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 I dont wanna read SD spoilers and have the me ruined, but Vince not saying Angle (said the champion) has me wondering..
Art Sandusky Posted February 28, 2006 Author Report Posted February 28, 2006 Guys, what was that HHH/Cena segment.
BorneAgain Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 So they blew off doing Edge/Cena III and UT/Angle II...for a worthless handicap match? With partners who don't like each other no less. Russo must be proud.
Guest InuYasha Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Guys, what was that HHH/Cena segment. A giant clusterfuck, from what I understand.
The Amazing Rando Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 God...Shelton doesn't even get to hold his own belt
Downhome Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 This is why I'm looking forward to WM this year - the entire trainwreck factor. It's going to be classic. Better or worse than the Brock/Goldberg/Austin clusterfuck. And by better, I mean more entertaining for us. I'm not even just talking about HHH/Cena. We also have Rey/Angle/Oron in the "let's see the fans not give a shit about Orton" match, and then of course the Vince/HBK "the one where the fans chant for Bret, he doesn't come out, and they totally turn on the match" match. Did he really say it'll be Ceca/HHH vs. Rey/Orton/Angle? So it takes three SD guys to take on RAW guys?
razazteca Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Guys, what was that HHH/Cena segment. a spoonful of bad medicine.
BorneAgain Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 I really don't know who'll win this, honestly. With Haas back and Flair still around I can see Shelton having a title defense instead of MITB.
Hawk 34 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Carlito/RVD/Benjamin Vs Hardy/?/? Benoit/Lashley/JBL/Finlay are in different programs for WM...so who is left for Smackdown? At this point, might as well slap Masters, Haas and Flair in the MITB match instead of wasting it with Matt and two other Smackdown jobbers.
