It's gonna bracket up into a matchup between 2 for each person and you vote for who you want. You'll see, it's easy.

It's a voting contest. People are put together into groups of two, and everyone else votes who they want to move on between the two until the deadline. Then the next round begins and so on and so forth until the ending.
