Thus I am put in the bizarre position of needing BC to win for my bracket and yet I really don't like BC (I think they are thugs quite honestly) and wanted Pacific to win. Not sure what I was thinking taking Seton Hall, cause they got the shit kicked out of them earlier by Wichita St. Ah well, at least I could rely on OU to fuck up, but then I think everyone with a lick of sense had UWM in that game.

I, unfortunately, picked Seton Hall...bad move on my part, Wichita State is pretty good. The weird thing, is I may have done a bracket...but in almost EVERY game, I'm just going to root for my favorite team to win (Or the underdog if I don't like either team much) I don't much care about my bracket, I like to see low seeds win over high seeds, and I want to see my favorite team do well

I made a mistake with Seton Hall though, I really thought they were better. I also picked Tennessee, yet i'm -rooting- for Winthrop... (shows how much I care about my bracket) I did my mothers for her, and made her pick UWM, so she might be the only one at her work (She's a nurse) with that pick

The thing is, Winthrop is BETTER than a 15 seed, they're like a 13, and tennessee is like a 5 seed... so it's not that outlandish to pick them (I didn't...but i don't doubt for a second they can and probably WILL win) DAMN that big guy on Winthrop looks good. Outside shot and athletic.

I'm in the same situation of having Wichita State in the sweet 16 anyway, so go Throppers. I'm happy to have picked Alabama and hope they can keep up this monster rebounding. Felt that Marquette was a bit overseeded, and that this match-up looked more like an 8/9.

Because you hate them for basically betraying your conference although they aren't your favorite team so it shouldn't matter anyway. Meanwhile I'm cheering for a team that's not my favorite to make the conference look good. That's how it's the same. Damn I'm at work and can't get the On Demand thing to work so I'm stuck just looking at scores off of ESPN. I got to work and this guy I work with who claims to be a huge OU fan sat down and I go "Man OU sucks." and he goes "They should easily beat UWM tomorrow." I kind of laughed and went "Nah they'll lose dude. By like 8 points." "Dammit you're just a hater. UWM can't handle Taj Gray and Kevin Bookout!" "So you're really waiting for that game tomorrow morning aren't you?" "Yeah and I'm going to laugh when OU wins. They're going to the Sweet 16." "No they're not. The game was this morning." "No it wasn't." "Yes it fucking was. It's thursday and OU lost 82-74." "Just a second!" *checks ESPN* "Son of a bitch! I thought it was Wednesday for some reason!"
