Open the Muggy Gate 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2006 Saturday Night Fever March 20, 2006 The RAW Superstars will be sorting out the fallout of Saturday Night’s Main Event when Monday Night RAW heads to Memphis, Tenn. The big question heading into Saturday Night's Main Event was whether or not Triple H and WWE Champion John Cena could coexist as a tag team. Things started out smoothly enough, but before long things spiraled out of control and the WrestleMania opponents clashed. Triple H broke up a Cena pinfall attempt and Pedigreed him, trying to give SmackDown the win. But The Champ persevered, and after the SmackDown team battled with each other, Cena rolled up Randy Orton for the win. What will these two have to say after such an explosive encounter where Triple H buried 4 people at once probably breaking his own record? Will John Cena get booed once again by the people? All signs point to yes. Also at Saturday Night’s Main Event, Shawn Michaels went one on one with Mr. McMahon's son, Shane, in a Street Fight. This was one of the most brutal matches in recent memory and saw both men putting their bodies on the line. It looked like HBK had things going his way, but Mr. McMahon screwed the Showstopper and called for the bell immediately after Shane locked in a Sharpshooter. How will HBK react after being screwed at Saturday Night's Main Event? Probably in a violent non-peaceful way I would assume. And Edge belittle Mick Foley on the Cutting Edge at Saturday Night's Main Event. The Hardcore Legend responded and the results were...well...hardcore. After Foley's use of thumb tacks backfired on him, he almost seemed happy, and chased Edge up the ramp and gave him a con-chair-to on the stage. What direction will this hardcore rivalry take on RAW? Find out all this and more tonight at 9/8 CT on the USA Network. Well I won't be around for this topic tonight... cause I'm going to the show! Me and tekcop are gonna be at the show. It'll be fucking high-up seats, but were still going. Should be a cool night.

Silence 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2006 Is Stevie Richards healthy? He's been sitting at home with no work for several months. WWE hasn't asked for him to work a match in quite sometime.
Karc 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2006 Fuck that preview. I want to know what happens with Trish and Mickie, as it's the only storyline that went anywhere Saturday. Not that it really matters, I was annoyed enough with the three-month tease of Mickie turning heel. Why must the crazy lesbian ALWAYS be evil? Evil Trish is much hotter. It'll be fucking high-up seats, but were still going. Should be a cool night Well, have fun at the show. Tonight I expect them to make Trish vs Mickey official for Mania, and possibly Torrie vs Candice in one of those bra & panties matches that WWE loves to have on this kind of shows. Other than that, let's see what they do to further the Edge vs Foley storyline (which I felt they did nicely on SNME), since Edge was taken out on a stretcher after the conchairto. Evil Trish is much hotter.I have to admit, that would definitely get my attention... but, is WWE even capable of pulling something like that off? Mickie James as the sympathetic character? If they had any imagination, they would have had Trish leading Mickie on this whole time, teasing her with hints of shared feelings; if they really wanted to get creative with it, they could have even had Trish sending Mickie out to get pasted in handicap matches against any combination of Vince's Angels, or even all three of them (since it was still the three of them for a while), saying that, if Mickie really loved her, she would fight for her, or some such... Eventually, Trish could have been setting Mickie up for what Trish should have promised as a reciprocation of affection on SNME, only to reject her, breaking her heart and humiliating her in front of the whole world. This could have set up the blowoff between the evil, manipulative Trish and her misunderstod, heartbroken lesbian groupie at WM... ... And it'd still be more interesting than half the WM card... haVoc 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2006 Update... Last week on RAW, Shelton Benjamin blamed Ric Flair for his momma's hospitalization. And after Shelton rolled up Rob Van Dam in an Intercontinental Championship Match, RVD blamed Flair for his loss. This week all three will do battle in an Intercontinental Triple Threat Match. Shelton will enter with the gold, but will he walk away with it as well?

Mr. S£im Citrus 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2006 ... Or better yet, they could have portrayed them both as straight, and just had them playing mind games with each other... kind have the two of them playing a game of "Lesbian Chicken" to see which one could out-creep the other. The first one to look like she doesn't want it loses.

USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2006 Does this mean we're going to have Mark Henry dress up in a drag?
Mr. S£im Citrus 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2006 Obviously. The whole idea is predicated on the idea that neither one of them actually wants it. If one or both of them actually did, then it'd have to lead to HLA, I guess. It's a stupid idea, I know... but it can't be any worse than what's on RAW right now... UseTheSledgehammerUh 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2006 I just got home from a trip to Memphis, TN. What a craphole that place was. Easily the worst looking major city I've ever seen, and this includes Camden, NJ. Interesting note, I found two cool places to eat there: "Cactus Jack's" and "Meng's Chinese" Oh and I have no interest in this Raw.
