Guest Bulldogs'86 Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 Which wrestlers have held multiple titles simultaneously in the WWE? I think it only happened once between 1980 and 1995 - when the Ultimate Warrior held both the World and Intercontinental titles at the same time after defeating Hogan at Wrestlemania VI. Who else?
deancoles Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 Diesel - won the Tag belts the night before losing the IC belt. Owen and Bulldog - had 2 belts at the same time in 97
Richard Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 Austin & HHH had the WWF, IC, and tag belts between them at one point in '01.
Big McLargeHuge Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 Shawn was still European Champ after Montreal, right? Don't know whether they're still credited with a reign, but Diesel and Shawn won the tag titles while holding the WWF and IC titles.
Team Angle Pusher Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 Edge was IC and US Champ during the Invasion? Booker T was US and WCW Champ during Invasion?
Fökai Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 Test, with the IC and tag titles in November of 2001. Angle, with the IC and Euro title in February of 2001. Waltman, with both of the cruiser titles in the summer of 2001. Benoit with the World and tag titles in April of 2004. Batista with the World and tag titles in December of 2005. Edge never held two belts at once. He unified them.
Guest Fook Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 D-Lo Brown with the European and Intercontinental titles in 1999.
LivingLegendGaryColeman Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 D-Lo Brown with the European and Intercontinental titles in 1999. I thought of that one too. Then, at Summerslam 99, Jeff Jarrett beat him for both. He gave Mark Henry the European belt the next night, but for one night, Jarrett held both.
CanadianChris Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 I loved Kurt Angle's Eurocontinental title run in 2000.
deancoles Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 Austin & HHH had the WWF, IC, and tag belts between them at one point in '01. Austin did it in 97(Tag and IC) and 98(Tag and WWF) as well. Edit: Bossman and Shamrock had the Tag,Hardcore and IC belts at the end of 98.
cawthon777 Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 Backlund was WWF Champ when he and Pedro Morales beat the Samoans at Shea Stadium to win the tag straps.
MillenniumMan831 Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 I loved Kurt Angle's Eurocontinental title run in 2000. I loved when one day after winning the WWF Championship, Angle starts listing off his accomplishments, noting . . . "I was the first ever Eurocontinental Champion . . well, actually D-Lo Brown was the first ever champ, but he doesn't count!"
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 The Undertaker and Kane simultaneously held the WWF and WCW World Tag Team titles.
Jericholic82 Posted April 2, 2006 Report Posted April 2, 2006 austin held both the wwf and tag titles (with taker) briefly in july 98
CanadianGuitarist Posted April 3, 2006 Report Posted April 3, 2006 austin held both the wwf and tag titles (with taker) briefly in july 98 They beat Kane and Mankind at Fully Loaded '98. They lost them in a ridiculously good Raw ME two weeks later, a four wayd dance with the New Age Outlaws, Rock and D-Lo and Kane/Mankind. Nostalgia is absolutely running rampant in this thread.
Dobbs 3K Posted April 4, 2006 Report Posted April 4, 2006 I hated the Austin/Undertaker tag team. It was another one of those Vince Russo "they hate each other but they have to team up", scenarios. Plus, neither of them needed to be a tag team champion at that point.

claydude14 Posted April 4, 2006 Report Posted April 4, 2006 The Highway to Hell was awesome. The video package for Austin/Taker pumped me up for a main event like no other since.
Lil' Bitch Posted April 5, 2006 Report Posted April 5, 2006 Eddie Guerrero - US and Tag w/ Chavo Kane - IC and Tag w/ Hurricane Kanyon - US Champion and Tag w/ Page Chris Jericho - World and Tag w/ The Rock Technically, if you want to count the Undisputed Championship too since it was 2 separate titles, the WWE Championship and the WCW World Heavyweight Title (before they combined them into the current WWE title): Chris Jericho and HHH
