This guy is the best player I've seen come through the Single A Organization here, which includes a few of the ones you mentioned above. I don't want to make comparisons, so I'll say that this guy's power is just fucking ridiculous. I've never seen a guy that could crush the ball at that level like that. Sean Burroughs was pretty good too.

Guest Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 That's a really good thing. Who's going to start there? All these stud pitchers being called up makes me start to wonder when Billingsley's going to get the call. Kemp got the call today and didn't look great.
devo Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 Reading the story, it appears as though Jose Valentin and Chris Woodward will split time at second, with Kaz still getting a start every once in a while. Either would be an improvement over Matsui, so I'm fine with either starting until they figure out a long-term solution.
