Guest Hotbutter Spoontoaster Posted June 2, 2006 Report Posted June 2, 2006 I saw an infomercial a few weeks ago for a collection of CDs from the 80s. They looked pretty good, and the infomercial said that if you didn't like them or were unsatisfied you could send them back, no questions asked. So I called up the number and was like, "Yeah, yeah, I want some music to rock to, blah, blah". Everything was good, I got my CDs a few weeks later. But they were not to my likong at all. So I called them up again, said I didn't like the CDs, and they were like, "Okay sir, what's your name and address?" *Click*, I hung up on the fuckers. Anything like this ever happen to someone else?
the max Posted June 2, 2006 Report Posted June 2, 2006 I really hope you're joking. They asked your name and address so as to send you a refund. 'No Questions Asked' refers to them not asking you why you're returning something.
Guest Felonies! Posted June 2, 2006 Report Posted June 2, 2006 Hotbutter Spoontoaster. What's the point.

Jesus Christ (no you are not), I hope you're kidding.
Ravenbomb Posted June 2, 2006 Report Posted June 2, 2006 I'm with you, Spoony. There were ways to get that info without having to put it in the form of a question. You don't need your damn money back if they're gonna be like that
kkktookmybabyaway Posted June 2, 2006 Report Posted June 2, 2006 Did the collection at least include The Safety Dance?
Slayer Posted June 3, 2006 Report Posted June 3, 2006 I really hope you're joking. I don't think he's jokong at all
Guest Hotbutter Spoontoaster Posted June 3, 2006 Report Posted June 3, 2006 'No Questions Asked' refers to them not asking you why you're returning something. They didn't explain that to me when I watched their infomercial. They said no questions asked, they asked me a question. I don't see how they can do that legally. I'm with you, Spoony. There were ways to get that info without having to put it in the form of a question. You don't need your damn money back if they're gonna be like that Exactly. I was thinking I didn't describe my plight good enough, but Ravenbomb gets it.
Guest Hotbutter Spoontoaster Posted June 3, 2006 Report Posted June 3, 2006 Did the collection at least include The Safety Dance? Fortunately, it did. But I still was not happy with the collection.
Red Baron Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 Do you have a burner and a p2p sharing program...much cheaper.
Dobbs 3K Posted June 6, 2006 Report Posted June 6, 2006 C'mon, admit it. You copied the CDs and then decided you wanted your refund, but didn't want to give out your personal info.
Special K Posted June 6, 2006 Report Posted June 6, 2006 Don't get it from an infromertial. You can easily get them live on the infernet.
