Conspiracy_Victim 0 Report post Posted June 29, 2006 I turned the baseball game, what happened with Patrick and Stern? Just some "good natured" ribbing between the two. Patrick has been a bit critical of some of the draftees and Stern came out to the podium and made mention of it.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted June 29, 2006 I like Stern's laughing and "ok" after discussing all the trades. So the Hornets get some size. I may have to go to some games next season. I didn't go to any this season.
JustJoe2k5 0 Report post Posted June 29, 2006 I turned the baseball game, what happened with Patrick and Stern? Patrick thought Stern was about to announce a pick, but he was late walking to the podium. Patrick said "the commissioner is playing a little peek-a-boo with us." Stern walked out and said "I was just listening to your comments and I really wish you would say atleast one thing nice about our foreign players." Patrick responded that he always liked Paul Tagliabue better than David Stern anyway.
