benn 0 Report post Posted July 7, 2006 The Animal returns July 7, 2006 WATCH: Batista returns this Friday There will certainly be no brotherly love when WWE storms into Philadelphia’s Wachovia Center for Friday Night SmackDown. The biggest story—and perhaps one of the most anticipated and talked about stories of the year—is the return of Batista. It’s been six months since WWE fans have seen The Animal in the ring, which has left many people wondering how he’ll address the situation involving the Championship he was forced to vacate. Will Batista still be the force he once was, or has injury tamed the beast? But Batista's return isn't the only huge story for SmackDown. A Battle Royal will be held to determine the No. 1 Contender for Rey Mysterio's World Championship for The Great American Bash. Who will be the next Superstar to try and bring Mysterio's amazing dream ride as Champion to an end? We will find out Friday night. Also, Mark Henry was out for blood last week, decimating the Guerrero family name and even going as far as saying he’d spit in the face of Chavo Guerrero’s late Uncle Eddie for Chavo’s interference in Henry’s match with World Champion Rey Mysterio. After unleashing a ferocious beating on Chavo’s, Rey tore down the ramp to come to his friend’s aide. Unfortunately, Mysterio was met with the same fierce attack as Chavo, and looked to be knocked out as “The World’s Strongest Man” left the ring. What kind of shape will the Champion and Chavo be in this week after suffering such a vicious beating? The Great Khali continued to wreak havoc on SmackDown, rolling Gunner Scott into a body bag, mocking Undertaker. Then, through his manager Daivari, Khali issued the Deadman a challenge in a Punjabi Prison Match—a first of its kind in WWE—to take place at The Great American Bash. Will the Deadman break his silence and respond to the challenger, or is Undertaker as afraid of the 420-pound giant as Daivari insists? Friday night on UPN at 8/7 CT is the only place to see this week’s must-see Friday Night SmackDown. WWE.com

benn 0 Report post Posted July 7, 2006 They must have edited the hell out of the Kennedy vs Super Crazy match because it didn't seem that bad on tv. Their styles didn't mesh too well but it didn't come off as being really bad or anything.
Guest Arnold_OldSchool Report post Posted July 7, 2006 Punjabi (also Panjabi; ਪੰਜਾਬੀ Pañjābī in Gurmukhī, پنجابی Panjābī in Shāhmukhī) is the language of the Punjabi people and the Punjab regions of India and Pakistan. It is an Indo-European language of the Indo-Iranian subfamily. Uniquely for an Indo-European language, Punjabi is a tonal language where the tones arose as a reinterpretation of different consonant series in terms of pitch. In terms of morphological complexity, it is an agglutinative language[1] and words are usually ordered 'Subject Object Verb'. The Punjabi people suffered a split between India and Pakistan during the Partition of 1947. However, Punjabi language and culture tend to be uniting factors in spite of national and religious affiliations.

Im guessing something in a cage..but theres got to be more to it than that.

Wrestlefreak 0 Report post Posted July 7, 2006 An ok show. Mizanin is such a prick. Mr kennedy/Super crazy wasn't bad. Lashley/Helms was a bit short, but solid. The Pitbulls have potential and I like their style. The diva search is a bloody waste of time. I don't care!!
Dark Age 0 Report post Posted July 7, 2006 I thought Kennedy/Crazy was pretty horrible. So sloppy and awkward.

Downhome 0 Report post Posted July 7, 2006 I thought Kennedy/Crazy was pretty horrible. So sloppy and awkward. A recent PWInsider bit stated that a lot of editing had to be done to make the match presentable for TV, and then after the match Kennedy was blaming the bad match on Super Crazy, complaining about his ring work/style. Because of all of this, it's said that his push is just about dead in the water, at least for right now. Yeah, blame Super f'n Crazy for a bad match... Open the Muggy Gate 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2006 A hundred JTTS and King Booker. Why couldn't Lashley or Khali or someone in the top of the card at least got in on this? I didn't read the spoilers, and this is so flippin' obvious.
Exslade ZX 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2006 No matter how well it's been done (which isn't exactly that good) the Super Crazy/Psicosis one on one feud has to be one of the most uninteresting things going on right now. I could totally buy if the same thing happened between say..MNM, or well another tag team, but there's something about these two that I have no interest in seeing them going one on one. Unless it was just a ECW like (Rey/Psicosis) random series of cruiserweight matches kind of feud.
