KingPK Posted July 12, 2006 Author Report Posted July 12, 2006 Guess Penny's only going two innings so Garner just told him to whip it in there. EDIT: OMG VLAD~! A.L. PRIDE~!
naiwf Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Does Garner not like Roy Oswalt? How much work does he need to get in this week?
vivalaultra Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Phil loves Roy. He just wants to get him as much exposure as he can. Good inning from the Wizard. REDNECK PRIDE~!!!!!!!
MarvinisaLunatic Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Manufacturing a run in the all star game..Gah!
naiwf Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 The Mets are really trying to get this home field advantage for the WS.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Why a ceremony for Clemente now in the middle of the game? Should have done it before the game.
sfaJack Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Maybe they're hoping somebody will actually watch it by having it in the middle of the game.
Guest Felonies! Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Oh hey, I'm not watching. What have I missed.
Guest Smues Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 I have a bad feeling Flash is about to Gagne this all-star game.
Guest Smues Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Come on Hoffman don't Gagne this. Of course if the N.L. does win it's just getting home field for the Mets
Hawk 34 Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Took 8 innings but it's finally interesting.
naiwf Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Hoffman just robbed Los Mets of hosting the WS and either Beltran or Wright of the MVP. Faggot.
Hawk 34 Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Someone has to hit at least a run off Rivera? Enjoy home-field again AL.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Well damn But at least if the Os make a miracle run at the playoffs.. HAHA.
bob_barron Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 I still don't get how this home field in the WS rule makes any sense.
Cheech Tremendous Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 I still don't get how this home field in the WS rule makes any sense. It may not be ideal, but do you have a better solution?

vivalaultra Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Well, I think we all know why the NL lost yet again... Play Uggla to win, Phil!
Slayer Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 I still don't get how this home field in the WS rule makes any sense. It made sense to Selig because it got the heat off his ass for allowing a tie to occur in the ASG. Of course, it never actually addressed what needed to be done in the event of a tie, but Bud was under a lot of pressure!

It's better then it going to the winner of a fucking exhibition game. The game winning hit was provided by Michael Young, the guy who blew the game was Trevor Hoffman. Neither of those players will probably be in the World Series, so why should a team like the Mets get penalised because Hoffman choked it?
