Guest InuYasha Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 So, The Big Slow vs. Captain Alcohol? Way to put those butts in the ECW seats.
Downhome Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 I am not getting the hate for this segment, but meh, who cares.
CanadianGuitarist Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Fuckin sick to my stomach. AAE won't be able to bail this out, I don't think.
Downhome Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 I wish they'd bring up the history between these two.
randomguy Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 So much for the original demand for ECW being people who were sick of "superstars" and "sports entertainment" and all the jazz. The whole point of this was alternative product no? Guess not...
Guest InuYasha Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Jerry Lawler: I watch ECW every week! Whether I need to sleep or not. Corrected.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Ric Flair...ECW Champion. Let that settle for a second.
CanadianGuitarist Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 I wish they'd bring up the history between these two. Go on.
spman Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Wait, am I watching WWE Raw in 2006, or WCW Saturday Night in 1995?
razazteca Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 "Extreme Entertainment" Oh God. E2CW? World Wide Entertainment Championship Wrestling
randomguy Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 I was just about to post that. How hilarious would that be? Edit: By "that" I mean Flair as ECW champ.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Big Show vs, Ric Flair in a hardcore match? When did we enter the Twilight Zone?
goldengreek Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 So TBS vs Flair tomorrow on ECW? This is 1997 Nitro all over again?
BorneAgain Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Ric Flair...ECW Champion. Let that settle for a second. Shane Douglas must be going nuts.
Hawk 34 Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 The winners of the Diva Search don't stay employed do they? When was the last time the Diva Search winner re-signed with the WWE? Ashley who won last year signed a 3-year contract extension a few months ago. WWE still has the following search contesants under contract Maria Kristal Michelle McCool Melina Ashley Gone (that had actual characters) Christy Amy Joy Also gone is that former Playmate of the year that actually won one of these. Cant remember her name. The one that is engaged to that fag, Jeff Garcia. Carmella Deceasre, or something like that. Can't spell it. And she didn't win. In fact, after she was eliminated Im pretty sure she never made another WWE appearence again. She made 2 appearences after the contest was over in hopes her heel heat could sustain but there was a dispute and they let her go.
Guest InuYasha Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Ric Flair...ECW Champion. Let that settle for a second. Pass the vicoden, please.
Ravenbomb Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Jerry Lawler: I watch ECW every week! Whether I need to sleep or not. Corrected. But that's even MORE confusing! If he just implied that he only watches it to fall asleep it would make sense, but if he doesn't need something to help him sleep and he still watches it, then WHY?
MarvinisaLunatic Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Big Show vs, Ric Flair in a hardcore match? When did we enter the Twilight Zone? Tomorrow Night on Sci Fi..home of the Twilight Zone and ECW...
Hawk 34 Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 SABU/Flair, would be boss. Flair/TBS is basically spitting in everything Heyman built ECW around.
Guest InuYasha Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 SABU/Flair, would be boss. Flair/TBS is basically spitting in everything Heyman built ECW around. aka, Vince's ultimate wet dream.
Downhome Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 I wish they'd bring up the history between these two. Go on. I don't have a problem with this at all. Back when I first heard that ECW was coming back I stated that I believed that Ric Flair should go to ECW to be the new Terry Funk for this version of ECW. Not for good, but for a little while.
CanadianGuitarist Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Jerry Lawler: I watch ECW every week! Whether I need to sleep or not. Corrected. But that's even MORE confusing! If he just implied that he only watches it to fall asleep it would make sense, but if he doesn't need something to help him sleep and he still watches it, then WHY? He's Lawler. His resevoir is clearly running low. EDIT: "I will be watching this with great intent". Even though I now hate Heyman, I did kind of enjoy hearing him call Flair an SOB.
razazteca Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 So TBS vs Flair tomorrow on ECW? This is 1997 Nitro all over again? Flair puts the figure 4 on then Big Show picks up Flair with one hand for the chokeslam thru a table!

No, I meant I don't follow. What history is there? (Keeping in mind I never watched WCW.) Was Flair still booker during TBS' time there?
Exslade ZX Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Guess Eugene forgot when Triple H turned on him, and just completely fucked him up. Then again, he's a retard.
