mike546 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2006 What happened at the end there? Cable went out for a sec. It was an illegal spike so they took ten seconds off the clock and gave them no shot. Sounds retarded? Yea, bullshit.
Guest Princess Leena Report post Posted September 11, 2006 Illegal spike? How does that happen.
KingPK 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2006 Illegal snap. The center snapped the ball before the o-line was set. The Colts didn't impress me at all tonight. Their defense seems to have regressed a little bit and they have absolutely NO running game. If the Giants DBs could actually CATCH, this would have been a different game. mike546 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2006 How does a team averaging 7 yards per run lose!?!?!?
KingPK 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2006 The Colts being 11/16 on 3rd down is a big reason. You gotta get Peyton off the field. That 3rd and 2 late in the game is why the Colts are going to miss James big time.

Guest Felonies! Report post Posted September 11, 2006 My biggest concern for the Bears is that the offense really folds in the red zone and keeps sending it to Gould to pick up the FG. Four field goals, one offensive touchdown, one punt return TD. I do like that Grossman hasn't been hurt yet, and that there's some balance between the running and passing games. Damaramu 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2006 Man this was weird. Vick had a good game and I was fully expecting for him to be sucked off repeatedly on ESPN.....it didn't happen. They were too busy with their new plaything. How will I know about how great Vick is now without ESPN constantly telling me!?
cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2006 Yeah, I have to admit the Colts worried me tonight. That was a shaky win that could have been more impressive if they had any semblance of a running game. What baffles me is that they would even consider starting Dominic Rhodes without a hint of irony or second thought. I didn't even think getting rid of James was a bad idea if they draft a good RB and start him immediately, but to start Rhodes at all? The Colts' D was also sad tonight. Tiki Barber ran roughshod all over them, and it was only the Giants' miscues and the refs that kept the Giants from winning. Is there a team right now with a worse running game than Indy? It was also encouraging, though not indicative, that Grossman put up 250+ yards of passing up on the team VX would proudly proclaim was last year's #1 pass D. Guest Paul Report post Posted September 11, 2006 I'm still reeling after the Giants defeat. Dude, this is like the zillionth time you've mentioned ESPN and their sucking off of golden boys. Please shut the fuck up. We get it. Bite me. I'll say whatever the fuck I want to about it. The more you say stuff like that the more I want to talk about it. I think I will some more now. Oh and we have this feature called ignore. If you don't like what I'm saying you don't have to read it! But instead you'd like to just start a big fight by reading all my posts and mentioning it! So you don't want me to actually shut up because you want to keep starting fights! Just ignore me if you have that big of a problem. I was at least used to the fellatio of Vick constantly and at least some of it was warranted. Now I won't know about big Mikey's big runs anymore. I feel like I've lost something. Damn you ESPN and Reggie Bush. Did Lendale White ever get into the game? My claim that he'll be a great NFL running back won't come to fruition if he never sees the field!
