While they could easily do the cheap route and have Carlito turn on Trish on the way out, I'd rather they stick with Carlito being a face for the moment and just mention it in passing in a month that Carlito isn't seeing Trish anymore. Use that as a catalyst for his inevitable re-heel turn.
