Oh for Christ's sake. I hate all three of these teams and am not watching the finale.

I only hate two of them. I've been largely indifferent to Tyler and James, but at least they're not whining every two minutes. But by default I'm rooting for them.

Well, Alabama didn't win, so I'm happy there. I predicted the boys would win right from the start, though, so it was a bit anticlimactic. And I was robbed of the Guido edit with Alabama, which was a bummer.

 

Also, THEY MISSED AN ENTIRE CONTINENT. AGAIN.

Is it me, or was that finale kinda rushed? Maybe it's because the finales are usually two episodes back-to-back, but it seemed like they hacked this leg to death to fit it all in.

 

I'm looking forward to the All-Star season.

I have to wonder if the producers pulled some strings to get the Models on that plane. If they don't, the homestretch is a foregone conclusion, so I'm figuring they had to do something to make it interesting. Pretty funny that Bama got thrown under the bus as a result, but they wouldn't have had a chance anyway.

That was why I was so bored with the finish. It's the same exact thing they did to give Uchenna & Joyce the victory that should have gone to Romber. I just think it's lame that a team can do everything right to get on the key flight in the entire race and still lose because TAR producers need drama. There's no good reason to lose a million dollars because your cabbie didn't have EZ pass, and theirs did. Very disappointing finish to an otherwise good season.

If they did, it's not as blatant as Uchenna and Joyce. I can tell you from experience that being way down the standby list (working for an airline, you're always on standby, and always after the paying customers) on a widebody plane means nothing - you still have a reasonable chance of getting on. Having a plane come back to the gate after the jetway is retracted AND the plane is backing up... that's another story entirely.

Screw Team Guido, I want Cha Cha Cha in as the Token Gay Team. They can get Kevin and Drew to be the requisite Season One team.
