devo Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 No one cares how much you appreciate your teammates, Warrick Dunn. The players introducing their team is arguably the most annoying thing about the entire production.
teke184 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 HOLY FUCK~! Now THAT is how you put an exclamation point on an emotional game like this!
Guest Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 A blocked punt in the NFL is always a strange occasion.
Slayer Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 When does Chris Simms ever get his virtual knob slobbed
teke184 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 When does Chris Simms ever get his virtual knob slobbed How about getting his real one slobbed by Mack Brown when Major Applewhite was pulling ALL their asses out of the fire all year?
Slayer Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 I should have clarified that I only meant his NFL knob. I remember the hilarious goings-on at UT
Guest Felonies! Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 When does Chris Simms ever get his virtual knob slobbed Seems like there were a few weeks last year when they were really hyping him up.
Guest Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Chris Mortensen was all over Simms at the start of the year.
devo Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Yeesh. Vick had three great passes on that drive and they could only make use of one of 'em.
teke184 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Ouch... "Bush", say hello to "turf".
teke184 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Hrm... Roughing the passes adds 15 to the end of the run. Say hello to another 6, Saints.
Edwin MacPhisto Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Tonight's referee is kinda jacked. I'll never get over the retarded Under Armor looking referee shirts. Also, even CNN's front page is getting in on the Superdome love tonight, including this fantastic front page picture: WTF, New Orleans.
teke184 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Triple-reverse to Devery Henderson, TD Saints.
Guest Felonies! Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 So are the Saints gonna do white at home all year? Everybody is doing it now.
naiwf Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Drew Brees is crazy. I don't know that I'd want him doing the lead block with a surgically repaired shoulder.
teke184 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Double-reverse to Devery Henderson, TD Saints.
Edwin MacPhisto Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 And that was a superb play call, and exactly the sort of thing a guy like Reggie Bush does for you. A reverse to Reggie Bush isn't surprising, and so plenty of people bite on that. Having Devery Henderson take it from him, though, is surprising. I'm impressed with New Orleans, which is a weird thing to say.
Darthtiki Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 ESPN: The network that can't go one night without sucking off the Manning family
teke184 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 "What can people do to help out?" Start by getting the Saints some better defenders on the kickoff team.
bob_barron Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Really, what song from Green Day's catalouge fit the situation? None. They had no point in playing other then being a trendy act that ESPN booked. U2 and Green Day are collaborating on a song together, that's why GD performed
bob_barron Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 ESPN: The network that can't go one night without sucking off the Manning family He's a Saints legend and a New Orleans resident. I have no problem with it
teke184 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Unofficial Report- The Leinart Watch appears to be over, as he'll likely get the duke over Warner this week.

bob_barron Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 I think it's the second song that they did, the Saints are Coming one
randomguy Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 "It's like they know where Vick is going to throw." On third and mid-yardage guessing Crumpler really isn't very hard.
teke184 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 "It's like they know where Vick is going to throw." On third and mid-yardage guessing Crumpler really isn't very hard. That pass to Leile was the only one I don't think anyone expected. Atlanta's offense is usually a bunch of rushes plus short passes to Crumper. Occasionally, Michael Jenkins gets one, too.
Darthtiki Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Spike Lee in the booth, Kanye West moment 2006 possibly EDIT: I stand corrected
