Holy shit, they just destroyed Edge/Orton, that was...well, not quite what I expected at all. That wasn't much of a match at all!

It's cool that the Hardys and CM Punk didn't job, but still.

I've always wanted to see one of these big hyped up First Blood matches end where a guy accidently gets cut open like a minute into the match.

Fairly sure that UT/Austin had that happened and they did the "um, it needs ALOT of blood, to count"

I think you're right. I remember watching that and thinking that it was such bullshit.

Hogan vs Flair in a steel cage with barb wire.

So, im watching this with my housemates, and i appear to be the only one of us four that:

Think DX has been a waste of time

And Kennedy is a little bit overrated.

And Kelly Kelly isnt as hot as shes made out to be. Shes ok, but nothing special, shes no Mickie James.

I'm starting to think Coffey might be right, at least regarding Kennedy. How is he NOT over-rated?

Have more of you guys finally decided that there is actually something to Ken Kennedy? I sure hope so.

He's done more to prove himself since his debut than most of the recent "rookies". I mean, he's getting a good push that the crowd is not shitting on (he's getting heel heat, not "fuck this guy" heat) and I would say that shows more potential than even Brock Lesnar had upon his debut (You can most definitely say that it took a good six months before Brock got anything more than "fuck this guy" heat)

It was promoted as a steel caged barbed wire I quit first blood retirement match.

Yeah.

Wasn't that a mistake though? I am fairly certain that was booked as a "First Blood Match" and then everything just got thrown out the window on the show.

No, it was booked that way on purpose. It was the beginning of Flair's heel turn, and Lil Naitch kept on changing the rules to favor him.
