Hardys vs MNM isn't going to sell the PPV for anybody. Then again maybe the undercard woud scare off potential buyers, I mean Hardcore Holly vs Balls Mahoney and Kevin Thonr vs Matt Striker are not world beaters...

The EC match has been used to sell a PPV for the past 3 years with very weak under-cards (as well as the original concept from 2000 with the Armageddon 6 Man HIAC). It fits the usual WWE pattern of PPV booking anyways, just a month earlier.

I find it funny that two northeast promotions (ECW/WWF) had arab world champions before a black world champion, while WCW from the south had black champions but never arabs.
