Toxxic Posted December 28, 2006 Report Posted December 28, 2006 So we lose Battleground and Ashes 2 Ashes? I can live with that, I guess. Hopefully this schedule will work better for people. But our PPVs are on a Wednesday now? I guess it makes sense, but... weird.
Mr. S£im Citrus Posted December 28, 2006 Report Posted December 28, 2006 And the World Tour continues to be biased against South America & the Caribbean...
Ace309 Posted December 28, 2006 Author Report Posted December 28, 2006 We were actually talking about doing a South American tour, a la the tour we took of Canuckistan last year.
The Amazing Rando Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 I hadn't checked my calendar...but i was really hoping for an April Fool's Day show...
Smartly Pretty Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 I still like my tour idea of the best ppv's.
chirs3 Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 And the World Tour continues to be biased against South America & the Caribbean... I'm fairly certain we hit South America two world tours ago...
Mr. S£im Citrus Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 For all of two shows... and then we jumped clear to Australia. We've done, like, three whole legs in Europe; we haven't even done a whole string in South America. Nassau has a 9K-seat outdoor stadium that could probably easily be adapted to 16K+ for wrestling. Just sayin'... put it on the list for '08, maybe?
Toxxic Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 I want a tour of the Carribbean where everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, is as laid back as the people in the Malibu Rum commercials (because as we all know, everyone in the Carribbean is like that). So no-one actually bothers to cheer or boo or anything, and the entire tour dies in cataclysmic apathy. Book it.
JJ Johnson Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 For all of two shows... and then we jumped clear to Australia. We've done, like, three whole legs in Europe; we haven't even done a whole string in South America. Nassau has a 9K-seat outdoor stadium that could probably easily be adapted to 16K+ for wrestling. Just sayin'... put it on the list for '08, maybe? I'd like to point out that last year I took it upon myself to schedule every single show. Naturally, it didn't get done, but in my World Tour part, I put a show, maybe even a PPV, in Nassau.
Mr. S£im Citrus Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 Somebody should have listened to you, then. G-IX, at the TR. Book it.
Guest CM Blue Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 There needs to be an event held in Parts Unknown.
Toxxic Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 For God's sake, don't tempt them. We went on a Fictional Worlds Tour last year and trust me, you don't want to see that shit repeated.
JHawk Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 I don't know, the show at Milliway's was fun. In general though. yeah, bad idea.
Guest CM Blue Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 I'm in favor of anything wacky, zany, bizarre, silly, strange, eccentric, unusual, peculiar, outlandish, kooky, off beat, off the wall, odd, ridiculous, comical, far out and/or ludicrous.
The Amazing Rando Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 None of those sound very neutral.
Bruce Blank Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 For God's sake, don't tempt them. We went on a Fictional Worlds Tour last year and trust me, you don't want to see that shit repeated.Trust me no you don't - hearing most of the guys in the SWF whine like girls who experience their first period was *NOT* a pleasant thing the tour itself though was very cool
Mr. S£im Citrus Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 You know, I've never had beef with Bruce, so I'm not going to make the obvious reply, but... c'mon, somebody, take the shot; this one's like playing t-ball!
Mr. S£im Citrus Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 I love you, too, Muzz... It's manly love, son. Calm down.
Chuck Woolery Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 i think bruce is just making light of the fact that swf writers are professionals; this is very serious work, not to be interfered with by the cast from reboot. (yes, i'm including myself in this)
Bruce Blank Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 LOL then damn I did join the wrong game didn't I? I knew there was something not quite right since I am a very Unprofessional writer And WC - you cannot deny that there was a LOT of moaning, complaining & intentional no-showing going on during that tour, have a beef with me for stating a fact then.
Mr. S£im Citrus Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 Bruce, I would do no such thing; I did my fair share of bitching myself, I'm certain. I was just alluding to the whole "pot/kettle" circumstance of you calling the rest of us out for bitching about something.
Bruce Blank Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 No, no, no you got it all wrong. I said you guys "Moaned" Totally different from "bitching" (which I've done my fair share of) Man I should go into politics
Toxxic Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 I just wonder how many girls experiencing their first period Bruce has hung out with in order to make this comparison. I mean, empirical evidence and all. Although I guess maybe he just has a good memory from his school days. Come back, Bruce. And bring Nemesis with you
