I love Smackdown and serious Kennedy and how RAW stars come over to have them their good wrestling matches.

- In the fast national ratings, Smackdown on the CW from last night averaged a 3.1 overall rating, which is the highest overall rating since Smackdown moved to the CW in fall '06. The show averaged a 2.9 first hour and 3.3 second hour, but finished behind FOX for last place on the night.

Ideally, I'd love to see Kennedy play a Pillman-esque Loose Cannon character which would allow him to be both serious and goofy at the same time all while being taken very seriously in the ring and as a title threat. Batista is killing the show right now, a HUGE step down from when Booker T was champion. I don't think there is a feud you could put Batista in that would at all interest me.

I like how they've played this whole thing out since the rumble, but its just struke me:

 

If things play out and we do get Cena/Michaels and Dave/Mean Mark, thats two face v face main events for Mania. Which will suck. And if (god forbid) they push RVD to face Lashly for the European title at Mania, we'll get a third face vs face.

Even if we get Cena/Taker and HBK/Batista its gonna be face vs face..though I'm sure in either situation the fans will be more behind HBK and Taker.
