It hasn't come up because it took me quite a while to remember when he even held it.. and it wasn't even that long ago.

Part of what made Flairs so bad was that HHH turned on him, specifically because of how proud Flair was to become the IC champion.

Besides, Flair ended Carlito's farce of a reign and that match was kinda fun. And he also beat HHH in a good cage match while IC champ. So Flair certainly isn't in the bottom 5 by any means.

Triple H made the IC title look a lot worse then Flair did during Falir's run. I rmember the cage match for the IC title and Trips ripped the IC title off of Flair and threw it away (almost like a "get rid of this peice of shit, I want to kick your ass"kind of a motion)

Yeah if Marella just gets released soon after this or doesn't do anything more than become a jobber then he would likely make this list. Won the title on a fluke coming from the crowd, had no memorable defenses, and the guy he beat destroyed him with ease to regain.

 

If Umaga has a solid run with the belt then he would go off my bottom 5 list.

Maybe it wasn't as bad per say but it was one of those when I saw that he was referred to as a former IC Champion I thought "When did that happen?" He was the guy that ended Albert's run, right?

 

 

We might have to put Kerry Von Erich somewhere the Bottom 10. Maybe not Bottom 5. He came in with no buildup whatsoever, won the title and then was pretty much a JTTS for the rest of his WWF run.

I can see Umaga have a pretty decent run with the IC title this time around. With no mouth peice with him, then he can't really get involved in any ridiculious story lines and he will have to just defend his title every week.

 

As for Santino, aside from introducing him, the IC title reign was completely useless. Hell, he was saying that he had to defend it against Umaga so people would take him seriously, and then he gets squashed. That really helped, didn't it Santino

i wouldnt call Santino a bad IC champ, he just had the wrong type of gimmick, it was an underdog-esque gimmick, what should happen is he's either repackaged maybe as a mob boss and shipped to ECW or Smackdown and pair him with Nunzio and maybe make someone like Burchill as an enforcer
