BorneAgain Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 Seems like all the vital parties will have an explanation for their absence... except for Booker. Hmmmmm.
Hawk 34 Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 Seems like all the vital parties will have an explanation for their absence... except for Booker. Hmmmmm. Haas just jobbed to Londrick, not quite an explanation for his absence unless they shoot a angle next week with Benjamin saying he's sick of Charlie losing matches and flying solo again.
muzz Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 Sabu was the first person that entered my mind too, even though it's completely out of the question.
JPopStarKami Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 Khali would be the hugest waste ever. I really don't feel like listening to Vince try to make a correlation between Khali's height and his dick size.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 No one else thinks it's Batista?
RedJed Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 Could the mystery man be Sid? So Orton is staying (wasnt he confirmed as one of the guys for sure?) and Kennedy, hard to say what the deal is there, but Vince could do a "you're fired" deal on him next week or something. Spoilers sounds alright, Umaga and Regal basically written off TV immediately, WGGT does the job and chances are they will just be off TV for 30 days, and/or Benjamin goes back to singles. Im betting Carlito isnt anywhere close to a bald head of hair or anything - just a smaller 'fro.
LJSexay Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 I'm digging the Batista scenario, and it would probably do a few things that would make some folks happy: 1. It'll put Batista on RAW if he's to feud with HHH, which will make the SD locker room happy AND Batista happy 2. It'll probably send someone over to SD as a trade of sorts, which will make us SD folks happy - depending on who it is, but what can we lose now? 3. It'll give us something not predictable and horrible.. and if this angle flops, it won;t necessarily mess his career up like it would Kennedy's. At least, that's what I think. I'm on board!
Guest joshtothemaxx Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 Batista wouldn't be a TERRIBLE storyline. Nowhere as good as Kennedy would have been. But come on. We all know it's gonna be something dumb and shitty like Snitsky or Khali.
The Niggardly King Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 No way it's Khali, they're going to use this for someone who's still going to be with the company for at least another 4 to 5 years. Snitsky, Batista, and a long shot MVP would be my picks. If it's really Khali, then they're stupider than I originally thought.
Gary Floyd Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 I think Vince's son is going to be Jesus Christ, meaning Vince McMahon is in fact God. I'm totally serious. I think this will happen. That would be the greatest thing ever.

It'd only take a matter of weeks, if not sooner, for the Raw locker room to hate Batista again.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 I don't think it's Snitsky. Yeah he's due for a monster push, but the dude who is going to be named is supposed to work a huge program with Triple H. When Snitsky was brought over, it was meant to be as a fodder for champion Cena. I just can't see Triple H wanting to work Snitsky.

HHH still looks at Batista as if he made him, why would he want to risk tainting that? That said, I don't buy Snitsky either.
Vern Gagne Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 I'm not convinced it still won't be Mr. Kennedy.Even with the 30 day suspension, this could something to throw people off.

Not winning the title match at every PPV since Wrestlemania is a worse thing than losing a blowoff match to Triple H in a high profile feud. Batista won the first feud, it's not like losing the second one would kill Batista.
RedJed Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 I cant get over why anyone would want to see Batista-HHH again in a feud. It was a fine program, but went its course and rehashing that is just horribly uncreative. Why does anyone even think its Batista in the first place, judging by the "looking up" comment? To me that signifies its a tall guy, hence my pick of Sid. In the last Observer, it was reported Bucci and John Laurinitis actually went to some shows to check him out, and it was described as positive, and judging by the grand scheme of injuries and suspensions, I would think this may be the idea here.
LJSexay Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 isn't it supposed to be someone on the roster, though? I mean yeah, WWE and continuity are like estranged cousins, but still. . .
The Niggardly King Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 But it wouldn't make sense... since Batista said in his segment with McMahon if he did find out that he was his father, he'd basically kill him for leaving his mother broke.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 Well besides that, Sid is almost 50. Vince is only 62. With how his family is reacting, it has to have occurred AFTER Vince got married. Having Sid puts the action when Vince is only 14 or so.
The Niggardly King Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 If they could convince him to make a return to the ring, I could also see JBL for some reason.

cabbageboy Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 This sounds like an interesting show. As a certified Umaga non fan I am glad to see him get jobbed out. Add it to curious stuff like Carlito's hair being cut and the hint and this should be amusing to watch tomorrow night. I really, really hope that they don't screw this son angle up. But given who they have to choose from right now, it's tough to not have someone that sucks be the son.
Enigma Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 Sid is 46. He turns 47 on December 16.

Scroby Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 I'd mark out like a little bitch if it was Sabu or hell Rob Van Dam. Could D-Lo also be a option.
Guest droptoehold Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 Wow if things aren't bad enough the one thing I have kinda look forward to was the whole Kennedy thing playing out. With all the loss of talent what a way to go out with a whimper with this angle. I don't know what can save this to make it work as a long drawing program. Unless they revisit the idea of the incest angle and make HHH the son who is married to Steph and they have a wacky incest love baby!!!
