Some alum will be saying the same thing if Franchione's admission of injury information is, in fact, illegal. It would be, per ESPN, if the player didn't authorize the information's release to the public. (I think a number of A&M alums feel Franchione's overpaid for what they're getting and him violating his contract by performing an illegal act means they probably won't have to pay a buyout.)
