Question: How many "good" games does Vinny need to take the starting job away from Carr? And why on Earth did that Arizona cornerback just stop? After their debacle last week I thought they'd be exposed this week, but they look to a be the real deal win or lose. Well it also could be New England being exposed a bit to, especially their defense. Their secondary is questionable if the front seven are not pressuring the QB. A lot of "experts" said going into this game that it could be a high-scoring affair because both team's defenses are overrated. NBC shows about 15 seconds of highlights for each game and spends half an hour running crap like these stupid Keith Olbermann segments. Totally agreed. I can't take much away from Dallas other than to say that NE is flat out better. The NE defense is not the best but the combination of offense, defense and special teams is pretty scary. It's the silver-haired douchebag that's to blame for the quality taking such a precipitous fall. I'm sure this cross-promotion will get his MSNBC show out of third place, though. The bigger question is, where does this leave the Cowboys? They haven't played particularly tough teams to this point, and their secondary seems to get exposed more and more every week, but then again winning IS winning, and they are still 5-1. I think Dallas will remain a question mark until they play more of the good teams in the league. Personally, I don't feel any particular NFC Team is on their own level yet. I like Olberman but I don't want him on this show, it hurts him more than helps him but those network execs don't get that!! Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted October 15, 2007 I'm not. NFL 2k5 was the last NFL video game I really enjoyed. I tried to go back to Madden after they got bought out, but it wasn't the same. Speaking of video game football, there's no way in hell the Pats lose to anyone other than maybe Indy this year. Indy is still on the level of the rest of the NFL, considering they had close calls with teams the likes of the Titans and Bills. They can be beat, but it looks like only on the road. New England has way too many weapons on offense, a sick enough defense to put pressure on any team, and a good enough special teams to keep them in any game if by any chance any time decides to get "close".
